  Always feels like an honest and no bs experience coming here for inspections and work. I think the manager and asst. manager working every Saturday I come in are always very professional and to the point. Prices seem pretty fair for the work they do as well.

  Sullivan Tire and Auto on Saint John Street is a solid shop, but honestly Ian is a big reason I keep coming back. Every time he works on my car, he comes and finds me beforehand, and after the job is done, he walks me through exactly what he found and why. His recommendations are always practical and trustworthy. He's not trying to up sell you on anything he just tells you what your car actually needs. And when I have questions, he gives me real answers. You can tell he genuinely knows what he is talking about. On top of that, he's punctual, attentive, and brings real energy to his work. He is kind of person who makes you feel like your car is in good hands the moment he starts talking to you, he is a great guy

  Highly Recommend. Great customer service and able to accommodate in a pinch! Andrew from the Portland Maine location was wonderful to deal with. Busy shop, but they really make you feel like family. Thank you for the help!

  Saturday afternoon in the middle of a move, a broken spring on my front end halted everything. Sullivan had the staff and all the parts to get me back on the road in 3 hours! Either I'm super lucky or they are efficient and prepared for anything, I think the latter is more likely. I will happily return for all my vehicle service.
