  The team was awesome. The work was done efficiently, and everyone was courteous and helpful. Seth gave us a follow-up call to make sure everything went well and we were satisfied with the work.   The Safelite technician came to my house and repaired the two rock hits on my windshield right in my garage. It took about 20 or 25 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable and had a very good personality as well.

  I arrived early and was able to have the repair started before my appointment time. The windshield replacement took an hour and and a half which was sooner than estimated. The repair technician was very courteous, jovial and fastidious. Large enough waiting room with coffee and water available. I don't like the inability to call the branch office. Instead phone calls are routed to an automated phone message system. No promotional dollar off coupons worked for me. Not through AAA, email, text, social media, etc. Not sure why. Competitors were eager to match. The process to file my insurance claim online was quick and straight forward with Safelite's website. Monday through Saturday service hours is helpful for service options to pick from.

  I had the windshield replaced in my 03 Silverado 3500. I booked online it was very easy. Communication was excellent. Matt was the tech that came out. He called that morning and said when he would be there. He showed up on the dot. He was ready to go, got set up and went right to work. The windshield was installed under the time allotted. Matt was personable, and informative. He is experienced, fast and clearly loves his job and helping people. I highly recommend this company for a seamless and hassle free installation. I will be happy to call them again for any auto glass work I may need. Thanks to Matt and all the crew.

  Paid closed to 1k for a new windshield here. Windshield is fine and they correctly completed setting up the rain sensors on my vehicle. HUGE issue however is that they broke SEVERAL things in my car while performing this fix and instead of owning up and admitting it they decided to try and HIDE IT. They did a great job at jimmy rigging the parts they broke so it was a year later that I realized what they had done when the entire console connected to my windshield fell out of my car ceiling. They had tried to glue the piece back into my car and it seems that with the high heat of the summer the glue became undone and the console fell from the ceiling. Every single retaining clip on the console was completely broken and clear they had tried to pry the piece from the ceiling without knowing how to correctly remove it and that is how they broke it. They didn’t even have the decency to remove the screws that had broken pieces of plastic under them showing what they had broken. I assume they won’t be willing to take ownership for the things they broke in my vehicle so I didn’t even bother to waste my time calling. The only other work I’ve ever had done in my car was to my passenger door so I know for a fact this was safelites doing. They took $1k from me and couldn’t admit to breaking a $100 piece in my car, instead they hid it knowing I wouldn’t find out until too late and wouldn’t be able to have them fix their issue. Absolutely ridiculous to take advantage of a customer like this. My husband and I will be telling everyone we know not to come to this location for fear of bad work and them not being honest about issues they cause. THEY WILL BREAK STUFF AND HIDE IT SO YOU NEED TO FIX IT LATER. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
