  They told me 60-90 minutes - so I decided to wait. 2 hours later I check in and they say it's another hour, and usually takes 3-3.5 hrs for these "newer cars". Would have been good to know ahead of time I would have ubered home on this day before 4th of July weekend. Customer service is all about setting expectations and good communication. There is none of that here at Safelite.

  I asked multiple times if they had the correct seal to do the job and was assured they did. They installed the windshield with the wrong seal and damaged multiple areas doing the install. The car was like new with 26,000 miles, purchased new and only driver always garaged. I specifically asked them to not damage my vehicle because I plan on keeping it forever. I have another car for winter and this car was perfect. When I showed them the damage and incorrect install I the counter kid just stared at me and wouldn't acknowledge anything. He then said "my hands are tied it seems we cant please you". Ridiculous response and unacceptable. Pics speak for themselves. There should be rubber around the corners and along the plastic trim. They chipped all along the roof line and gouged the rubber trim and part of fender and other spots.

  I actually had both my vehicles windshields replaced last week. Zach came out and did the windshield on my truck and did a great job! Matt came out and replaced the windshield on my wife's suv. It was raining very hard that day and it was getting later in the day. I called Matt to see if he would rather have me reschedule and he insisted that he had no problem driving 45 minutes to replace the windshield and calibrate the camera. He did a great job and was quicker than I expected. I would highly recommend Matt and if I need another windshield I will be calling and asking for him!

  Had an appointment today to replace my windshield between noon-5pm. Cleared my schedule, he showed up without the molding for the glass. He also mentioned that there was no guarantee the calibration would work and I still might have to make an appointment for that at the shop. My truck was going to be in the garage on a level surface as specified on the website. Do not use them!

  Avoid this place. I brought my car in to have a small chip in my windshield repaired. The staff assured me they could fix it, but instead they cracked the windshield while working on it. When I asked them to take responsibility for the damage, they refused. The store manager said there was nothing they could do because of company policy. While I understand the manager may be following company rules, that does not excuse the lack of accountability for damage caused during the repair. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. A professional business should stand behind its work and take responsibility when mistakes happen. Instead, I was left with a damaged windshield and no meaningful resolution. Poor customer service, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. Safe yourself energy and dealing with rude people.
