  Wonderful experience! I had an unrelated issue that delayed service, but Seth explained everything clearly. He wrote me a note to take to my mechanic so I knew exactly what to do, and I was back within 48 hours. They were speedy!

  I was so surprised how easy getting a new windshield was. From scheduling to getting calls about weather and doing their best to fit me in, it was all very smooth and simple. Great communication from the tech I spoke with on the phone and amazing service by the technician that arrived at our house. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing a new windshield.

  Excellent work on my wife's Ford Maverick. She got a couple of dings in her windshield that needed to be fixed. Cody was the tech and he was amazing, he explained the whole process when he arrived and his work was excellent. Plus they offered military discounts and Cody thanked me for my service and as I said, he did an excellent job and the price was very fair. Hopefully she never has an issue again, but if she or I do, they will definitely be the first one I call. Again, great job, fair price and he came to our house and did the work.

  Made an online appointment to replace cracked windshield. Easy to book and the online system communicated regularly with me prior to and during the service. The Portland facility on warren ave was very clean, staff were professional greeted me well at the front desk and clearly explained the process and what i could expect. Staff are really cool technicians were uniformed and made me feel confident in dropping our car off to have the work done. Vehicle was complete in 2 hours and windshield looks great! Highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass in general and the Portland facility was great!

  Took my work truck in for a windshield replacement and got it back with three problems: the driver side wiper didn’t work because it was reinstalled wrong, the cowl wasn’t put back on properly, and my inspection sticker was missing entirely. I brought it back once and they fixed the wiper, but not the cowl. When I asked about the missing inspection sticker, the guy at the front desk told me “it is what it is.” Even if Safelite’s policy is that re-inspection falls on the customer, that response is not customer service. There’s a way to deliver that message that makes a customer feel taken care of, and this wasn’t it. They told me I could bring it in a third time for the cowl. I’d rather not. I’ll take it to the dealership and pay to have it done right. I won’t be back.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
