  Very affordable parking if you are looking to walk around downtown Portland. Pier are walking distance from here and a few good restaurants.

  Terrible experience. I returned after a concert around 1:15 a.m. to find the garage closed and my car inaccessible. Although an after hours number was posted, I was told security ended at 1:00 a.m. and there was no way to retrieve my car until morning. I had to take a Lyft home to New Hampshire, return the next day, and pay $50 for parking. There was no clear warning that cars are completely inaccessible after 1:00 a.m. Had that been posted, I never would have parked here.

  This parking garage typically has space, but not much, as it is in Portland. Just beware of how others park, because you might find them outside of the line taking up more than one spot and parked insanely close. You might also witness someone scrape the car next to them while parking. This isnt the fault of the garage though! The garage is clean and feels safe.

  Don’t park here. There are absolutely no visible signs with hours on it outside the garage.On vacation from New York , where parking garages are a dime a dozen in every city and town. Never had I had an experience like this one ! It was a Sunday gate and garage was open we swiped a card (that’s basically your ticket) Parked and went about our day for a few hours. Come back and it’s locked and states closed on the light. I call the number on the door where they tell me a security officer will come let me in but the garage is closed Sundays Then how did I get in???? He comes to the door guns a blazin Probably the most miserable person I have ever encountered, incredibly rude to my daughter and I who have no clue what is going on. We came into an open garage. He tells me I followed a car in ( I didn’t ) who has a monthly pass. Incorrect. Proceeds to yell at me and says it says on a sign INSIDE that it’s closed Sundays . Well I was already INSIDE ! When the garage door is open it says OPEN. Proceeds to tell me it takes 45 seconds for the gate to close behind a monthly pass holder. Well there ya go. There indeed was no car in front of me as they already parked within those 40 seconds ! This place is a joke. And not meant for a tourist town. Steer clear.
