The machine wouldn't work while arriving back at the garage and the machine kept saying closed when they weren't. It took about 30 minutes for an attendant to get to us to help and they were extremely rude. If we could rate zero stars we would.

I ended up paying $40 for about 6 hours of parking. I should have looked for a less expensive option.

Do not park here!! They will lock your car in giving you no access or egress without warning. Avoid at all costs. Wish I’d read this prior to parking here for our local hotel overnight parking for two days. When pulling in there was a large sign warning the garage is closed on Sunday but then they randomly later decided to close on Thursday night locking everyone inside all day Friday. When calling the emergency number they admitted they were just notified of the Friday closure and might wave the fee. It would be one thing to close the gate so no one can get in but they put down a gate so you can’t get out or even access your car in any way. Had to wait for an extremely rude security individual to open the gate and then add another $25 to the already exorbitant $100 parking fee to lift the electronic security fence. Do not patronize these thieves. This was clearly intentional as there was no warning at the time we pulled in less than 36 hours earlier. You will be held hostage as you can see in review after review. Who would’ve thought you have to now research parking garages before trying enjoy your vacation.
