Not only did he kindly help me make sure I had the correct size car but he even pulled it around for me and helped me load my super heavy bags. I’ve rented many times from here and really appreciated him going above and beyond after an exhausting morning of travel

They did zero to fulfill their commitment or even show they cared that they royally screwed up. After a frustrating process, we drove to the Portland jetport Enterprise on the hope they might have a car for us to rent for what was actually a really important trip. They did, and Arin and Ben at the Portland desk were amazingly helpful and understanding and got us a car. They saved they day and our trip. We're so grateful for their help.
