  Enterprise is willing to make things right with the rental. And they want to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with the rental . They have an efficient, time saving online check- in and are always very attentive and accommodating with our needs. I have always been satisfied with their service.

  Excellent customer service. During a very busy pickup time, a friendly male associate exhibited grace under pressure and helped us with ease and a smile (maybe Nasir?). At drop-off, a friendly female associate, Arin, exhibited an abundance of good-natured patience. We really enjoyed driving the practically new Honda Civic. I would happily rent again from Enterprise at PWM!

  I had rented a car from a different location and had an electrical issue. I called Roadside and confirmed I could exchange a vehicle at the Portland location. When I arrived to the vehicle return area, the manager was a bit rude and made it seem as if I didn’t know what I was talking about when it came to the electrical issue. After discussing, he said I could change it out for a different vehicle. He stated I could leave my belongings in the current vehicle and drive around with the new one. I thought this was nice, so I didn’t have to drag all of my luggage down with me. The man at the front desk (didn’t get a name) was so friendly and helpful. When he handed me the keys to the new car he said I was good to drive around and retrieve my items out of the old one. Here’s where I got frustrated. I drove around and the old car had disappeared along with my stuff. After standing around waiting another 5 minutes the car showed up. The employee driving made a comment as if it was my fault my stuff was in the car. I ignored it, took my items out, double-checked, and left. As I’m driving down the road, I realized I was missing unopened snacks I had just purchased, leaving me to believe they were likely stolen by the employee. I say all this because I have rented from enterprise/national all over the country consistently for 4+ years, as I travel frequently for work, and have high status with both companies. I have never had an issue like this before, and it seems like they need some managerial help at this location.
