  The customer service here was fantastic. We had an issue with our rental car and the two staff members we worked with went above and beyond to help us resolve it. Highly recommend!

  It was a very smooth process from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue initially with the car we were supposed to have but they quickly handled it and upgraded for free to another vehicle and got us on our way. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience.

  Even though the signage to find the car rental desk at the Portland Maine Jetport was non existent, once I got to the desk, the attendant was friendly and very competent.

  The car was nice and got great gas mileage. Returning it was a breeze. Picking it up just took forever. One person working at apparently one of the busiest times just makes no sense. Not even a “Sorry for the wait”. Instead it was “Hi, how was your day”. Not good. After finally making it to our destination the last thing you want to do is stand in another line for an hour.

  Car was smaller than we'd expected for a full-size car. If you have more than two pieces of standard luggage, you'll be stuffing iit in the back seat. We found between the front seats and console was disgustingly dirty. Check this before leaving the garage. We did not, but will next time.
