- NKNancy Kane5 days ago5.0Bought a used 2024 Kira Niro PHEV from Central Maine Ford. Cole Robinson, the salesperson, was very helpful, informative, and patient on the phone and in person. When I came to test- drive the car he answered all my questions. Once I decided to buy the car he got all the paperwork done , including a consult with the warranty specialist , the car detailed, temporary registration, etc; I was back on my way home in about two hours. Great service! So far, the car is great too!

After several very disappointing (and frustrating) trips to a local Ford dealership, we decided to head up to Waterville for a hopefully better experience. We knew right off from my husband’s initial phone call with Christian to get the ball rolling that this place would be much different! As for my visit - start to finish a super pleasant and positive experience. I felt well taken care of from check in to check out. I appreciate how Christian took the time with me to go over everything very thoroughly and thoughtfully and he patiently answered all my questions. As if that wasn’t enough, I later got a text after getting home that included not one but two videos the auto mechanic recorded while working on my car in which he detailed what was repaired and showed me in his videos. I was hugely impressed by that as I have never had that experience before. How amazing to actually see my vehicle and what was wrong with it as well as what was being done! Absolutely top notch!! I cannot recommend Central Maine Ford enough, you will not regret taking your vehicle there for repairs!
