  Absolutely deserving of a 5 star review. Great service department, very polite, courteous and professional. Took the time to put a floor mat down before getting into my vehicle to get worked on, and I really appreciate having that kind of respect and courtesy for my vehicle. Next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle, I'll certainly be doing so here.

  Went in for a quick fix for a known Ford 150 recall and ended up adding on an oil change, tire rotation and the technician noticed that I needed an inspection as well, which was done in a timely fashion. Technician (Daryn Morris)was very helpful, knowledgeable and insightful. The Service advisor, Renee Morneault was cheerful, professional and thoughtful. I Had a great experience! Thank you.

  I’ve seen a vast improvement with the service department since Central Motors took over on my visit on August 14, 2026 much better than Ray Haskell Ford. They performed basic 20,000 mile service on my F150 in a little over an hour and shuttled me to Home while it was being done. Much appreciated. If I known it was gonna be that quick I will just sit there and wait next time. Good work I just hope it stays as good as it was in the future.

  I was disappointed with the service and manager interaction. I brought my SUV in to diagnosis a sputter/hesitation the I accelerate. It was not all the time but was increasing and wanted it diagnostic done with quote. I also requested the electronic update completed to update my navigation, ect. I want express again nothing was wrong with the car except when accelerating. But after they finished, went over the quote and gave me my keys and left; I stop at the first light just down the street and my car started shaking and engine light started blinking/flashing. I drove home just a few minutes away. Called them upset and fighting back tears and they stated "that sounds like the spark plugs we told you were bad..." My car was not shaking when idling and engine light was not flashing when I brought it there. They offered to fix the spark plugs but there rates are outrageous. I just spent $300 for them to mess my car up and couldn't afford another $300 or more because they were giving "best guess" on why it was shaking. I called to speak with manager regarding my concerns and frustration only to be told it was nothing they did. The Manager contradicted himself multiple times. Not caring about my frustration and disappointment. Not once did he express any empathy or concern for my situation. All he did was offer to fix my car because "you're going to need to at some point..." Meanwhile I took my car to a local mechanic who found a damaged coil and installed new spark plugs. The cost was quite a bit lower than what CMMotors quoted for only spark plugs. The local mechanic stated the $1100 quote they gave my from joke. Nothing else was wrong with my car and runs great. The only reason I went to them is because it was no longer Ray Haskell and heard good things about CMMotors. I wouldn't have gone up there if I knew they kept the same management and poor customer care/service.

  Bought a 2023 Ford bronco sport from a different Ford dealer, And due to convenience had to have some work done so took to local Ford dealer. Was told first time issue was water pump and radiator, picked up vehicle and a week later had to have vehicle towed back to dealer and was told this time vehicle needed turbo and charge air cooler picked up vehicle and had for only a couple days and had to bring back again with no power or brakes, this time the vehicle needs the vacume pump,which mind you we had gotten a rental car for previous 2 repairs and on 3 rd repair received rental for 1 day and was called by dealer and told this part was covered by warranty but rental was not covered and would have to pay out of pocket, this is a part that could have been damaged during last repair and I don't think dealer wants to own up to there mistake and make it right for customer. We should not have to pay for a rental when they could not fix it right the first time or damage vehicle during a repair. Dealerships are a rip off
