  Went there back in March I believe, for a Alignment after rear knuckles were replaced by my mechanic. They got us in and when I picked up the jeep was told that "for the most part, it was fine" showed green on the report. Was told they could not get the rear camber bolts to move. But was able to get it done. Fast forward to last month, May, I realized the rear tires, that were put on in Feb, were wearing very fast on the inside rear. Brought it to my mechanic and explained what happened at the Alignment here, he brought it into his shop, had no issue at all moving the camber bolts! That being said, he was able to straighten out the issue with camber but the toe was so far out to compensate for the laziness of their tech, that the car is not drivable! Very unprofessional!!! Not to mention, the place looks like a hang out for their friends. Now I need to get 2 new tires and a fresh Alignment elsewhere!

  Awful! I got a flat while visiting from out of state, tried to get service and was received with just rudeness. NOT necessary! Thank goodness for Jewell Tires not far from here

  I couldn’t be happier with the Norway, ME store. They got me in for a four tire change as well as an alignment all without an appointment. Very curtious and knowledgeable, letting me know of an issue I was having with lugs and lug nuts. I greatly appreciate their service.

  Walk in on a Saturday morning with a flat tire-mind you I’m about 4 hours away from my home town. Gentleman at counter was rude, and didn’t care about my issue. He literally ask me to leave since I didn’t have an appointment. I asked him if he could recommend another place because I can not drive home with a donut. He wasn’t pleasant and ignore me by saying “I don’t know”. Then I google and called Jewell down the street and they were AMAZING polite and understanding. My tire was fixed in a few minutes and they Save The Day! Highly recommend Jewell tire shop.

  Trailer tires and you know the deal, need them this second and this place seriously rocked the house. Carried the wheels in and before I could finnish paying they had them mounted and....loaded in the bed of my truck!!!! You all made a great impression on me and im so thankful. A+ to the entire crew there. Positive attitudes and friendly as can be. You all need raises for this type of commitment, engagement and professionalism to your career Thanks for the instant road side bailout norway tire warehouse !
