  About 2 weeks ago on my lunch break I noticed my tire was super low..I pulled in and two guys were closing up , I asked if I could get some air? Absolutely on of them said, he told me to stay in the vehicle and filled my tires..I was so greatful, said when you have time come back I will check it. Come to find out on that same day the same gentleman helped my husband with his flat tire and was just as kind. Thank you for your kindness in a crazy busy world. Richard and Lisa. We will return for services from now on.

  I needed tires in my truck. I ordered some through a local competitor. 3 weeks later, still no word. I call tire warehouse, they give me an appointment for the next day- lots of tires in stock. Later this same day, hubby calls to say he got a tear in a tire, we need the tires today. I call tire warehouse, they say come right over. Gave us a great deal in great tires.

  This TW location outshines others. The communication and service are outstanding. I had 4 truck tires and 4 trailer tires done here. I highly recommend the Norway Tire Warehouse manager and crew.

  Made an appointment to have 2 tires installed, others balanced and rotated with an alignment. On 1st call they were getting a new alignment machine, wasn’t in a rush so I waited for the machine to be installed. Finally get an appointment, get a call that morning they can’t do my truck due to machine not calibrated properly. Ok, so I push off the appointment for a few weeks. Finally they can do the service. I get to shop and am told they can’t do the alignment as they sent the tech to another store that morning. Ok fine, they do the tire service and I’ll come back for alignment since I’m already there. Call for 2 weeks and apparently the isn’t coming back to that store, nobody can align my truck. Upon talking to the manager Blake I was told “bring it to VIP up the road and he’ll reimburse me 1/2 of what the alignment cost. Went today with the paperwork and the story changed, not it’s “I would pay the difference of what I would have charged you” it was the same price. So no he won’t do anything, and the shitty attitude I got from the min I walked into the store. Looks like tire warehouse has lost another customer.

  Absolutely awful service, don't waste your time and money!! Dropped off vehicle to get 4 new tires mounted, balanced and aligned. Got my vehicle back in worse shape than I dropped it off. Wheel was over an inch off on the alignment and wheels wobbled as soon as I drove it out of their parking lot. Unwilling to give refund or any type of discount for wasting my time and money. Will never go back and will tell anyone in the community to go somewhere else.
