I took it up to your Houlton business and they said they would take a look at it. And they were no time at all getting somebody to take a look at it and there was a screw in the tire and they removed it and fixed the tire and filled it. They were very cordial and very fast and taking care of the situation, at no charge. Thank you.
- LKLee Ann KinensSep 21, 20261.0A promise to get back to me after trying to schedule a meeting with the manager over a major concern, transmission failure after 2 free multipoint inspections prior to an 8 hour drive, was not kept. This is my first negative review ever, I do not complain but I would have folks thinking about VIP in Houlton aware that this is the third negative experience and most costly. My 2016 Subaru, after 3,000 dollars of tires and maintenance was donated to a Quebec scrap yard. At least I purchased the tire warranty just in case. A 13,000 hit. All I needed from VIP was an answer about the multipoint inspection and, maybe a little empathy. Also tried to get in touch with VIP customer service, good luck.

I was also given an extensive inspection of the vehicle with pictures and it was texted to me.when I picked up my vehicle I was also given a complimentary discount and a mail in rebate for the tires.my overall thoughts of this company are,friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent above and beyond service with a wide variety of tires to choose from.
