By far the best experience I had at Big Moose Harley. I rolled in to visit on my way to Bar harbor for a 3 day trip without expecting to buy a bike. We were greeted by Jack ( sales consultant), his personality was very welcoming. The experience from start to finish with Jack, the sales manager and finance manger was very easy, and felt like a family transaction.
I have bought from 2 Harley dealers in NH, and both were not at the expectations. But Big Moose met the expectations and went above. Thank you.
Can’t say enough good about the service at Big Moose Harley-Davidson Gorham Maine. Travelling from Canada, and upon locking my forks the night before at the motel in Sanford ME, the next thing my ignition switch was in my hand, and the tumblers were all out of sync with the forks still locked. Needless to say, I figured I was completely screwed. After about an hour early Saturday morning in the parking lot of the motel I was able to mess with the ignition stem to get the forks unlocked. After another 10 minutes of turning the ignition in a full circle, I finally was able to turn on the bike and we immediately headed 35 miles to Big Moose Harley-Davidson in Gorham ME. We arrived just as they were opening and went out to the side where service is and and two mechanics were just walking in, and I asked if one of them could look at my ignition which he did promptly and after about 25 minutes using the ignition tool, he had me fixed up and on the road. I obviously can’t say enough good about the mechanic and the dealership. 5 stars all the way.

Was in town visiting family at the lake and always have to make a stop in a Harley shop. Having had 16 years managing HD stores I was thoroughly impressed with the store. Staff was super kind and welcoming with a beautiful showroom that very clean. Huge shoutout to the motorclothes department, great team you have

I have been going to Big Mouse Harley Davidson, for 25 years since I moved to Maine, (pardon the typo, but it may be apt). I gave them three stars solely on the merits of Carlton and Justin in service, Lisa in motor clothes and Brandi the GM, who are warm, wonderful people who listen and try to help any way possible. The reason I would not consider five stars is the sales staff. I was trying to buy a nice used bike that was exactly what I wanted. I was told that I could not purchase it unless it went through the shop first. Despite my pleas to purchase xactly as it was. I was not even allowed to put a deposit upon it or test ride it. I would have bought that bike that day. Also, I found it on my own without even being informed, despite my requests for such a bike several times. I returned back, often, 6 or 7 times and was told it was still waiting to go through the shop. The eighth time I returned after being away for a few days for a Memorial Service due to my mother's passing away. I was told it was sold. Ironically, it was sold to someone without going through the shop. All I can say is something's rotten in Denmark, and I smell a fish. I have many, many motorcycles including Harleys and have ridden for over 50 years. I have never had so much difficulty to have someone take my money to sell me a motorcycle in my life. Saddest of all, I had intended to make it a tribute bike in honor of my wonderful mother, who loved motorcycles from a young age, in particular, Harley Davidsons.
Great place to do business with. These guys will get you on the bike of your dreams at an amazing price and financing. Morgan and Melanie worked hard to get me on the bike I wanted within my price range. 2nd Harley I've bought through big moose and both times have been a great experience. Wish I could give em more stars.
