  Justin and the service department at Big Moose Harley Davidson are the best. Other dealerships could not complete the service. Big Moose did, great job!

  My friend and I stopped into Big Moose Harley-Davidson just to look around and admire the bikes, and we ended up having a fantastic experience. We had the pleasure of meeting Jack, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. What really impressed us was how much Jack knew about every bike we looked at. He took the time to explain the different models, features, and details, answered all of our questions, and genuinely seemed to enjoy talking motorcycles with us. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything—just great conversation and outstanding customer service. Even though we didn’t purchase a bike that day, Jack treated us as though we were valued customers from the moment we walked in. That kind of experience says a lot about a dealership and its staff. We walked out extremely impressed with Big Moose Harley-Davidson. If you’re looking for a Harley or simply want to stop in and check out some bikes, I highly recommend visiting and asking for Jack. Five-star experience all around!

  I brought my RH975 in for its 1K tune up. Scheduling was a breeze. I asked how much it would cost and they said $500, it came in at $488.87 and it took less time then they said it would. Also they set my clock, which I kept telling myself I'll do it and I had not asked them too. That tells me they checked everything. I am very happy with their service!
