    I was on a trip with 5 others in Maine on July 2nd! After stopping at a gas station I found myself with a dead battery! Called Big Moose HD as they were the closest dealership !! Mind you this was at 3:15 PM and the shop closes at 5! Carleton came right out to get my bike and there was a tech on standby when my bike got there !! Seriously, one of the best experiences! Everyone was so helpful!! I was back on the road by 5 PM Absolutely the best shop around 👏👏

    Unfortunately wasn't the greatest experience there today. Spent four hours there which I was approved days before. Very slow no communication really. I felt I wasn't their top priority and it surely showed. Asked about a temp plate after I signed the paperwork to be told I wasn't getting one because the bike was sold as is. Really for a 10,000 dollar motorcycle. That is very poor customer service. As I wasn't told about it being sold as is. Very shady. My husband went there and talked to mark about this bike and a deuce I was told the deuce wouldn't take a sticker that's why it was sold in New Hampshire. Not once did he mention this 2010 ultra classic was sold as is. Was told it come with a sticker to find out it's was sold to me as is. Was going to buy I helmet 380.00 today but the way I was treated today I had to leave I was very upset. I wouldn't recommend going here. Hopefully they make this right and this doesn't happen to anyone else. I would appreciate a email or phone call to myself or my husband

    We took my siblings to the new place. Big place! Very nice shop, store and motorcycles. If I had the money, I would have gotten the one that caught my eye.

    Recently had an issues with my 2024 streetglide with radio not working. After others tried i was referred to Joe at big moose. I stopped by to see him and told him my details and situation. He said bring it in and ill personally look at it. "I like a good challenge". Upon arrival He started looking at my screens .now im not a real tech savvy guy so I just watched. And within seconds he said I think I know what the issue is. So while I was waiting for ride home. He came out about 20 min later and told me that they solved the problem and they would be done soon. I was totally amazed.. so they did some testing and a download. And the problem was solved. Again totally amazed cause others tried and failed. And anyone with a touring bike without a radio it kinda sucks riding with no tunes. I have to tell you what Joe is a very smart guy and very friendly and so super nice. I told him I know where to bring my bike for now on. If you need your bike looked at and want to be treated like a family ask for Joe in service and tell him Mark sent you. thanks again Joe for being so helpful I really appreciate so much.     I live in lewiston/auburn went to my local dealer 12 min away to see if they could flash my radio before the weekend I was adding speakers knowing this is quick thing to do. I was told best they could do is July 29th and put me on a cancelation list so I said ok if that's the best you can do for me. So i called Bigmoose spoke with Justin explaining to him what I was looking for.he said just bring it down anytime that works for me and they would squeeze it in. So i road my bike 45 min and was there 10 min he introduced me to Jay the service technician I explained to Jay what I was looking for he said no problem. Great customer service from the team I will be take all my business to big moose going forward and referring people to big moose as well the customer service is worth the 45 min drive. Everyone was polite respectful and was willing to look at a customer needs and wants knowing this could be squeezed in...This is good old fashion way of doing business . 5 STARS FOR THE TEAM AT BIGMOOSE. For not to just to look at a calendar with a time slot Thanks Justin/Jay
