  As someone who really knows nothing about this stuff (I should), they made this experience very easy for me. They helped me carry my old tires in, and carry the new ones out. And they were done in 20 minutes. They were also very kind. Highly recommend. I will always get my tires here now.

  Needed a valve stem replacement on a tire from our camper. Brought it in the trunk of our car. Employee replaced it in less than 5 minutes without charge. Extremely helpful.

  We had great service at the tire warehouse in Ellsworth, ME. We picked up a screw in the tire while on vacation, and Matt was very speedy, helpful, and kind in getting our tire patched. We were back on the road in no time. Thank you!

  Made appointment for tires 4 days ahead of time. When I showed up for Mr appointment I was told my tires didn't come in. No call to let me know. Then tried to sell me some off brand tires that I wasn't interested in. Also told me he was there by himself and the alignment guy was not in today. I had specified the tires I wanted and that I needed an alignment on the online form. No message that the tires didn't come in or no alignment. Drove a half hour one way for nothing. Really bad customer service.

  I’m very pleased with the team at the Ellsworth location. I needed new tires in a pinch and calling in the tire size and finding the tires that fit my budget was great! After ordering the tires and scheduling an appointment, I was back in business the next day. Thanks again team! You were professional, patient, and polite!
