  Rented a car for a week from the Ellsworth branch. Dan and team were friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent experience!

  I didn't have issues with the rental place or the guy there, but cars were not cleaned at pickup (not a huge deal waiting), but the vehicle I rented for a one way 10 hour drive had an awful gasoline/oil smell in the cabin the entire time. Not great to have to breathe in fumes the entire drive to western New York.

  Terrible. Had a Reservation for a vehicle and when I went to pick it up, was told that they overbooked and They didn't have a vehicle for me and there was nothing they could do for me. Ended up having to go to Bangor to get a vehicle.
