Warning to those who wish to actually rent a car: I made a reservation, confirmed the reservation, and even checked in on the app within 24 hours of the reservation. When I arrived in Maine, Enterprise informed me that they had zero vehicles and there was nothing they could do. It was just like the Seinfeld episode except they ended up getting a car, whereas I did not. So if you are planning on renting a car from Enterprise, just know that your reservation doesn’t actually reserve anything. This is my first time leaving any company a bad review. Hope this helps someone.

We were very pleased with the overall communication by team associates and the management team regarding our car rental in Ellsworth, ME. Overall a positive experience. Car rental fees were reasonable compared to another provider we were strongly considering.

I didn't have issues with the rental place or the guy there, but cars were not cleaned at pickup (not a huge deal waiting), but the vehicle I rented for a one way 10 hour drive had an awful gasoline/oil smell in the cabin the entire time. Not great to have to breathe in fumes the entire drive to western New York.
