- DPDanielle ParadisSep 23, 20265.0Great service, friendly, professional, and explanatory.
- JGJacoby GrottonSep 22, 20261.0Called in same day for my 2009 Audi a4 and they had no problem doing it same day which was great, besides the only good thing they informed me after everything was done that they had to order specific parts to do an oil change? I got told on the phone it was all set no idea they had to order parts if that was the case I would’ve done it myself or gone somewhere else. I had an appointment for 2PM for an oil change, I was watching here and there and saw my car just sitting in the garage not being worked on for the entire time only for them to finally be done an hour and forty five minutes later( I’m no mechanic but I know it doesn’t take that long) after this they show me the spreadsheet of what everything cost and labor my parts were $40 then miraculously the labor bill was $135, so your telling me the mechanic who worked on my car gets payed like $90 and hour that’s insane. Only went here cuz it was the only place not taking appointments maybe save yourself $100 and make an appointment at any of the other competitors.
- MGMichelle GagnonSep 17, 20265.0They fixed my flat tire without an appointment.
- RLRichard LearnardSep 3, 20265.0A huge thank you to Leland the certified technician who worked on my vehicle, he actively listened to my vehicle concerns, then checked and accurately diagnosed the problems, the first time and accessed and fixed all the vehicle's problems, again all fixed the first time, he is an invaluable asset to your business, technicians like this are very hard to come by, pay and treat him well, and your business will no doubt reap the financial benefits.
- TSTrudy SandockAug 7, 20265.0They’re great! Sat down to show what the problem was and the parts and were honest, courteous with everyone and go above and beyond to do a great job.
