  The people at this business know their jobs and perform their tasks with flawless efficiency. The rental process at this office was the fastest and most efficient I have experienced to date, would recommend this company with a 10 of 10 efficiency rating. Very pleasant people as well.

  I wanted to rent a car, and as a light brown-skinned person, I was treated in a clearly discriminatory manner by an employee who appeared to be in his twenties. He refused to provide me with a vehicle and treated me unfairly because of the color of my skin. Due to this unacceptable treatment, I had to drive to Portland Airport and rent a car from another company instead. The employee also claimed that no vehicles were available, but the overall interaction and treatment I received from your staff were extremely poor and left me feeling discriminated against because of my race and skin color.

  I rented a car from Enterprise from Friday through Wednesday for the Memorial Day long weekend to enjoy time with my family. The entire rental experience was smooth and convenient. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and comfortable for long drives, which made our family trip much easier. The pickup and return process were efficient, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the rental period. Overall, it was a positive experience and contributed to a great holiday weekend.
