  I really appreciated the level of service at the Brewer, Maine store. I was in the area for work, three hours from home, and hit a bad pothole. So bad that my steering wheel had to be turned almost fully to the right to go straight. I could not risk three hours on the highway like that. I called several shops in the area for an emergency walk-in alignment and they all said no. The Sullivan Tire in Brewer said, we're busy and you might have to wait but we'll absolutely fit you in today. And they were busy, the phone was non-stop. Even so, I didn't wait all that long; I was back on the road in a couple of hours. They were unable to do a proper alignment because BMWs require weights which they did not have, but they got the wheels straightened so I could get home safely. The gentleman on duty refused payment for the service because it wasn't a proper alignment. Good service is so rare now, I was really impressed. Highly recommend this location.

  The crew at the Brewer store are great. I picked up a screw, and I'm glad it didn't destroy the tire. The Brewer team quickly assessed the matter and had me back on the road in no time. I know a Monday morning is a busy time but they worked together and kept a room full of customers well informed and happy. I’ve been a customer at Sullivans for many years. Yes, the price is important but trust is just as important! You’ve got a great team in Brewer please keep them happy,

  Was really excited they were able to get me in same day, to fix an issue with my truck being stuck in park. Drop off the truck hours later get a call saying everything was all set, now my truck has no blinkers, rear running light, or a brake light on my passenger side.... went in to ask them about it and they said we fixed the original problem the rest isn’t on us?! Very unprofessional and would highly not recommend!!
