  My fiancé and I absolutely love coming here to get all of our services done. We typically only get our oil changed here; however, I received a very expensive quote from another place for a spark plug. When I asked for a quote from Sullivan's Tire, they truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price for the part I needed. They went the extra mile and researched the specific warranty I had on my car and gave me advice on how to get the best for my buck. They truly went the extra mile. Thank you to Joe and the technician (who I unfortunately do not know her name) for helping me when I needed it!

  We had an issue while on vacation and Joe was able to fit us in. They found the issue quickly, he and Eric explained the problems to us clearly and sent us away feeling so much better. Amazing service. Thank you for your help!

  8/6/26 Our Jeep had a leak, so called Sullivans to see about dropping it off to be looked at. Once I got there they were able to take it right in, after checking it out; the problem was more than just a leak. Brandon took me back to show me what the problems were and what it could turn into when they started taking things apart on a 14 year old jeep. It did end up our worst case scenario but at least I was prepared for it upfront. Wasn’t expecting the car back till Monday or Tuesday of the next week due to the amount of parts and work needing to be done, and knowing it would probably be a full days work. Was very surprised to get a call the end of the following day saying the car was ready, they need we had an appointment next week we couldn’t miss. Thank you again for keeping it in budget and being upfront with what was wrong and how it could lead into other things, do to the age of the Jeep. 4 weeks ago My husband and I were getting ready to leave for an appointment, when I needed to check power steering fluid; so I did. However when trying to get the top for the power steering, I knocked it down into the intake hose for the air filter. So drove down the street to Sullivans, because I wasn’t sure if this would cause damage to anything or get hot and start a fire. They were so kind, came right out took a look at what I was talking about, then contacted the guy who schedules jobs for their mechanic; to see if there was anyway they could fit us in right away. This gentleman came out again to see for sure what we were talking about and undid a few clams, tipped the hose and out came the power steering cap; then he re-clamped everything and he was done in about 5 minutes. They didn’t charge me, they could of easily said we are full up today you’ll have to bring it back tomorrow, but they didn’t and they didn’t look at me like it was the stupidist thing I’d ever done. Thank you guys and we made it to our appointment on time.
