  Fast service. Got me in as soon as I arrived with my flat tire. They had the exact tire I needed. Fair market price. Tires keep going up in price everywhere so not a dealer's fault. I will use them again for sure!

  Dishonest and disregard for safety! They refused to put on all 4 tires I brought in saying I could only use 2, explained I was about to haul a heavy trailer 2hrs away and needed tires, they said only ones in stock for my truck were 2 that matched the ones I brought in (smaller than my truck calls for)… so instead of a full set for just under $800 that’s what I paid for 2. When I called the next day asking about tires they had plenty of options. When they were done they told me I had to come back to get lugs tighten and I reminded I was about to be traveling so needed to do that myself they informed me I wouldn’t be able to do one tire myself as the lug caps were stuck. I went to another tire warehouse to get the lugs tightened and was informed they were so stripped they couldn’t tighten them and I needed new lug nuts, they were in disbelieve I had actually had it done at a tire warehouse so I showed them my receipt they just shook their head and said I can’t believe they did that. I had asked to keep the tires they wouldn’t mount but realized they had not given them back or charged me to dispose of them so I called and set up for them to be picked up. When my boyfriend picked them up he spoke with the same guy I dealt with, he admitted the tires they refused to use were not that bad and at best one wasn’t okay to use, he told my boyfriend I’m sorry I don’t know what happened. So not only did I end up with incorrect tires for the cost of 4 correct sizes I was sent off with lug nuts so stripped other garages aren’t sure they can get them off, knowing I was about to be driving long hours towing a heavy trailer. They don’t care about your safety and are happy to swindle more money for crap work.

  We blew a tire on the 4th of July and these guys had us back on the road with four new tires in an hour, for a very reasonable price. Appreciate you guys!!
