    A Front Street Shipyard truck was traveling well over 20 miles per hour above the speed limit on 95 North, aggressively passing vehicles in both the left and right lanes, and weaving through traffic without once using a turn signal. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a company vehicle and a serious liability.
