Showed up on time, replaced the window no problems. Josh was courteous and professional. The whole process was seamless and got our family rolling quickly and efficiently.
- RPric pAug 9, 20263.0While the glass installation was performed as it should, I really dont have anything else good to say. Multiple emails and texts prior to, during , and after is way too much. My wife showed up at 9:20 for a 9:30 appointment to drop off the car. I was picking her up and she was sitting in thier office for 10 minutes. I asked her if she had been served and she had not. I went into the bay next to the office and asked( is there anyone in the office) the reply was ( obviously not). A gentleman came into the office, asked us for our information and said ( your here for a 7:30 drop off) I said ( no, it was a 9:30 drop off, I have several emails and texts stating 9:30) he replied ( it is a 7:30 drop off) I replied ( everything I have says 9:30). He replied ( you can drop it off as early as 7:30) I replied ( I have nothing in any email or text that says anything about 7:30) Bottom line, he made us feel like we were late and that we should have dropped the car off earlier. Just overall poor customer service at that location, no smile, not hello, keep my wife waiting in the office for 10 minutes when they knew she was there as they say her drive in, snarky response, and the 7:30 issue. I would not recommend them until they get a little bit more friendly.
