  IF RESERVING A VEHICLE HERE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU WILL PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT OR HAVE YOUR OWN WAY TO GET TO THE OFF SITE LOCATION!!! June 6, 2026: If you don't have a graduation to attend, I recommend another date or rental company. I used the website to reserve a van for our group of 6. I attempted to call ahead the night before to confirm the rental but the desk was closed by 7:00 pm. Arrived at the desk the next day and was told that the vehicle was at an off site location. There was no shuttle. No one was available to retrieve the SUV and I was told that it was "only 5 minutes away". I looked down at my leg in a cast and my party of 6 and asked what could be done. I was told that since it was graduation week there were no other vehicles available and that I shouldn't ask for someone else's. I told the man that I wasn't asking for someone elses, but wanted some help getting the vehicle. The desk was busy and that was all he was able to do for me ...nothing. We walked outside and asked a shuttle van where he was going, a kindly young person said that she was getting a ride to her car in the airport lot and would be willing to take one of us to the off site location. (Blessings to this young lady!) We were finally on our way about an hour away. The SUV was cleaned & gassed up & we enjoyed driving it around the state. We took it to a car wash to clean inside & out before returning to the airport. There was an added fee to return it to the airport rather than the off-site, but the attendant waived it for us. Return was super easy & way less stressful than picking up.

  Nobody to answer the phone at this location. This is unacceptable. Customers have airport-specific questions that a call center is not able to answer.

  Probably the best rental car experience I’ve had. The nicest people, free upgrade to a nice clean Jeep!
