  If I could give zero stars I would. This is for the Bangor airport location. It is a joke. Waited more than an hour to get keys to the car we’d reserved months in advance. It was like they were surprised to have planes arriving with people that wanted cars - even though just about everyone had reservations. I think Jerry Seinfeld has a whole bit about this… good to see things haven’t changed in 30 years.
