    You have very friendly agents both in store and in the call center. I had a beautiful brand new car that cost me very little out of pocket! My husband and I have rented from Enterprise in the past and will continue to do so in the future! It is the only car rental agency that we have gone through.

    Friendly staff, great vehicles. Easy pick up & drop off. Could use a 2nd staff member to help customer flow at peak times, line can back up quickly and not due to staff. Proceedures just take time

    While I find all Enterprise locations to be very polite, professional, and have great customer service, sometimes I run across one that's better than the rest. This is one of them. Great staff, nice clean car.

    They are not on site at the airport and provide no transportation / this would not be such a big deal except there isn’t many other modes of transportation so we had to get a small uber that took 45 minutes to come and cost $49 to get to the site since there are 5 of us and then we had to drop everyone off at the airport and then return the car - we text 9 taxi companies none could come get us at 8:30 from Enterprise we did a pre/book uber. So I would pick a different rental company. All the others are on site.
