  The agent was excellent and made the entire check-in process a breeze. I was in and out within five minutes. The vehicle was fantastic, and the return process was just as fast as the check-in. I will be back.

  Kayla and crew were AWESOME!!! We got stuck in Bangor with pretty much zero options to get home 10 hours away.....no rentals available for up to several days but she worked her magic and got us into a vehicle and she even helped us unload our broken down box truck and load up the rental. These guys went above and beyond to make sure we got home and we greatly appreciate it!!!

  I have always used Enterprise in the past and even though I saw more affordable options when looking for a rental online, I chose Enterprise. I arrived for my rental early, as I had been hoping to complete my work day and arrive afterwards. Unfortunately my vehicle had to be towed to the mechanic and my timeline was not correct. I didn't consider that the lot would not have any cars. I was pretty shocked at first and considered canceling my reservation and getting a car at the airport instead. I'm glad I did wait, because the employees there took great care of me. They got me in a vehicle sooner than expected even though they had to upgrade me to do so. That was very much appreciated, and the vehicle was exactly what I needed. I have never had a bad experience with Enterprise and that is why I will continue to use them.
