  The attendant was excellent and made sure everything was correct before we left. I have rented with Alamo Rent A Car many times over the past several years and have consistently had positive experiences, but this was by far the easiest and most efficient rental process I have had to date. The staff was professional, friendly, and organized, and the entire experience at the airport was smooth from start to finish. The vehicle was also in excellent condition, very clean, and clearly well maintained. I would definitely rent from them again.

  Excellent customer service from Jordane and the Bangor Alamo team! I reserved a rental car through a 3rd party site from the Bangor airport Alamo (pro tip, next time I'll go directly through Alamo & their rewards program). The price I was quoted (from the 3rd party site) did not properly or correctly account for the taxes and fees. The key part of this customer service experience is the patience and kindness with which the front counter person (younger, moustache? possibly named Jordan?) talked with me about the billing. While he was unable to make any initial changes, the kindness and patience after my long travel day helped. The second piece of this customer service experience is that I was able to talk with the manager (Jordane?) of the location on the following day. The manager was able to help mitigate this price difference, also with positivity patience, and kindness. I know customer service people often get more complaints than compliments. And, it is not easy to deal with travelers who are stressed or tired. I appreciate the Bangor Alamo team and highly recommend them as a rental location if you're in the area. :) Thank you to the Bangor Alamo team, Kevin

  Great experience start to finish. The nearly new Honda Accord was clean and very comfortable to drive down to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Counter agents were super friendly and efficient and also very accommodating when I asked to pick up the car later than the time I initially reserved. Couldn't be happier I chose Alamo at Bangor Airport for my trip to Maine; I'd do it again!
