  A few years ago I brought a shredded tire in to be swapped with another that I had, and they wouldnt take payment. Ive returned for all my tire needs for years and have never been disappointed. They chat with my children in the waiting area, they advise me about my breaks, rotors, and wheel bearings. The price is always reasonable. If you need tires, these are your guys.

  Went there at 9 on a Sunday morning expecting a long wait. They found a large bolt in my tire, had it fixed, double checked the other tired and wheels for safety, and had me back on the road in 25 minutes. Two really nice guys who were knowledgeable snd efficient. Will go there again.

  I took my car in on Monday due to a sensor on one of my tires no longer working. It was the back driver side and the sensor was reading the tire pressure less than half the time. The people here took a look and told me I needed to change two of my sensors. Come to find out they changed the two front ones, not the back one that was having the issue. I paid $100 to find out that they didn't change the sensor that wasn't working. Today, Thursday, I went back over to the shop and told them they didn't replace the right one and it was still not working. They tried to tell me that it was fine, but that if another sensor went out it would be the back driver side. NO DUH! That is what I originally came in for. They said they could change it, but I was not paying another $50. They wanted me to pay more money for a problem I originally came in for, that they didn't fix. Both experiences where awful, they talked to me like I was stupid, despite the fact that I was married to a mechanic/body lineman for twenty-five years. It's clear they like to take advantage of people and I will not be back.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled and drove 20 minutes to get there, only to be told after I arrived that they had no appointment for me. What made the situation even worse was the way the employees spoke to me and treated me. Their attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, and they showed no respect for my time or the inconvenience they caused. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
