As we got closer to the area, the front brakes started to make a loud grinding sound. I stopped at Sullivan’s at 5pm on a Thursday (my third attempt to find someone that was willing to even look at the car). My first interaction with Dan was awesome- he understood our short window of time and the seriousness of the issue, and said to drop it off on Friday morning. No questions asked. He made me feel valued and welcomed immediately. My conversations with Austin throughout the day were perfect- he understood our needs, explained everything thoroughly and gave me confidence in the entire process. Less than 24 hours later, the front brakes, rotors, and calipers were all replaced at what I felt was an extremely reasonable price (especially given how hard they worked to get this done for me)! As we prepare to leave Saturday morning for the return 800-mile trip home, I am much more confident to drive my car because of the work performed at Sullivan’s. What a true testament to what customer service should look like in every business. I’m thankful for these gentlemen and the incredible business they run.
