  Call the number for their location in Augusta, Maine and it gives me corporate number features and no matter how many times you try you can’t reach a person. If you’re going to list a location number than that location should be able to answer the phone call.

  I was very pleased with safe flight. They arrived on time calling beforehand when they would be arriving, and even though it was clear when they called by the time they got to the house. There was just some very little rain coming down not hard an occasional dripping, but the technician said he would wait until all rain stopped, which only took about five or 10 minutes. The sun shown through the clouds and the technician went to work and worked efficiently and got my windshield, and I was very pleased and they were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable

  Called to get a quote on my Audi that needed specific Glass and calibration afterwards. They scheduled me on a Tues but the glass was not in so they had to push it back to Friday. That was the only issue. They got the correct glass. Calibrated it correctly and after over a week everything is working perfectly. This cost me 1/2 of what the dealership or other glass repair options in my area mentioned and they came to me. Just ask questions when you make the appointment if your unsure about anything. One potential issue I found myself worried about was I picked a Tues because it showed clear weather. I don't have a garage and in the paperwork it says if it rains you need to provide cover...ummmm what to they expect you to do? set up a canopy?? They rescheduled and picked Friday and if it then rained?? I am supposed to cover your tech? Thank god it didn't but that would have turned this into a fiasco quickly. Overall, a great decision and saved my quite a bit of money. Would recommend.

  Needed my windshield replaced and was pretty darn ticked off about it. Through my insurance, Safelite made the appointment easy, communicated thoroughly, and the Technician named Josh was a pleasure to deal with. It took just over an hour for him to complete, and I didnt have to go anywhere or impact my work day at all. I would highly recommend.
