  Wonderful experience, super easy they came right to my door! We would call them again for any cracked windshield replacements. Great experience, Kennith was wonderful. If you need an easy hassle free experience call safe lite!

  I'm in the Auburn, ME area and needed the windshield of my F-150 replaced. I called Safelite, got a quick estimate emailed to me and set up an appointment. The tech that did my work, Josh, was super professional and knowledgeable: on the day of my appointment he called me to confirm my location, showed up exactly on time, wasted no time and did excellent quick work right in my driveway. The whole thing took about an hour. 10/10 overall experience start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Safelite and Josh if you need your windshield replaced.

  Last week, my landscaper’s weed whacker accidentally sent a rock flying through the rear window of my Forester, rendering my only car basically undriveable in a safe way. We first called a local place that could immediately only clear out all the glass and replace it with plastic until they could do the actual replacement nearly 3 weeks later. Plus, I would have to go to them. Next, we called SafeLite and they were able to come to my home the very next day and do the replacement for $110 less than the local shop. They took payment from my landscaper over the phone, and the next day a very friendly and capable technician showed up, on time and after keeping me well-updated on his expected arrival time. The only minor 'glitch' (which could be more major for some people) was that during the initial phone call I was offered either an AM time window or a PM one, and I chose the AM one. Later that day, though, a rep called to say they'd have to put me in the PM window because of the need to plan an efficient route. I totally understood, and since I work from home and had no obligations that day, it didn't matter. I highly recommend SafeLite, and though I hope to never need them again, they'll be my first call if I do.

  The crew at Safelite was amazing. They greeted me with a smile, took the time to answer all of my questions, and were calling me about an hour after taking the keys to tell me it was ready. The only thing that I was slightly displeased with was that they weren't able to drive to my location.
