  I came to Enterprise in an extremely distressed state, as my vehicle had just broken down on the side of the highway with my 7-month-pregnant wife in the car, and we were looking for a way to still get back home from Maine to New Hampshire for our work the next day. The vehicle damage was serious (rendering it completely undrivable), and the entire cabin smelled strongly of gasoline, so the safety of my pregnant wife was my #1 priority. We were thankfully able to contact AAA and get our car towed. We weren't sure that we were able to get a rental car that day since we were in an unknown area at 4:30 pm, but my wife was able to make a reservation with Enterprise online while I was on the phone with the mechanic and I went down the street to pick up the car. When I arrived, I was informed that there weren't any cars available since it was the end of the day and the reservation came in last-minute. However, after telling Euraiah my story, he saw that I was struggling and said that he'd look into any options he could for getting my wife and me a car that night. He was able to work out a complex situation that ended with us getting a car that day before 5 pm, and we were able to make the 3 hour drive back home safely. Even though I wasn't at my best, Euraiah was one of the most friendly and personable people I've ever met. He's genuinely an amazing person and Enterprise is incredibly lucky to have him. I am forever indebted for how he helped out my family that day (me, my wife, and our unborn son), and I will never forget his kindness.

  Very nice people. A great car too. Just need to hire some detailers so the upfront people don't have to be rushed and take shortcuts in order to get vehicles to the customers.

  Enterprise helped make my first claim experience a breeze - they were kind, prompt, professional and friendly. The first rental I was put into had some issues with the AC leaking into the vehicle, I brought it to the attention of Enterprise; they listened, acknowledged my concerns and got me into a different rental within a few minutes. Ainsley and Kenny were fantastic, great people to do business with!

  Here with Kenny now, we called and he said he would be here. We got here, he locked the door, and there are 6 people waiting out here. He let us know that he is heading to a private airport because the person he is picking up is rich so they are more important than the people waiting outside. I get its difficult to manage a store alone, but to tell customers they aren't as rich as another and they need to wait for him to drive to an airport and back because THAT customer is rich?? Genuinely insane. Please hire somebody with brain cells and empathy. Thanks!

  My husband set up a reservation almost 3 weeks for a van to take the family on vacation .... day before our trip we were told we could pick up rental then husband got call that they dont have a van the one they can get is a 12 passenger ... which is better to seat the family in with a car seat and everyone be comfortable... to be in augusta by 8am and we can get the van .... NOPE .. . Day of trip we get to augusta 745 to get the van and the boss told the guy send it to auburn all for the money .... so husband is now pissed cause we getting a 7 seater which now its going to be uncomfortable ride with our grandkids .. If you reservation to far out id keep checking or dont go to sugusta .......... Find another place to go cause these people are so unorganized.........
