    Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who always greet me at the door with a smile and helping hand. As a female, its important to me that store enviorments like advanced auto augusta are safe and have tustworthy workers. The manager does an incredible job with her employees and customer service.

    I should have followed my instincts on reading a review. I got the same thing the guys behind the counter, just staring at you offering zero help, then, when you ask about fuses, they tao u two look it up. So I did, I looked it up, and I ended up buying the wrong fuses, because google gave me the wrong information. This is not the place to go for anything, electronics. I think I even got overcharged, but I did not want to interact with them anymore. A little customer service goes a long way. This place made me feel uncomfortable.

    I bought spark plugs for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata 2.0 Turbo, but the store entered the wrong vehicle information and sold me parts for a different engine. When I tried to return or exchange them, the staff refused to help. Very disappointed with the customer service.

    The whole experience was pretty disheartening. Bought a tool from them, called and was told I could return the item via phone number if I didn't have the receipt. So when I came in I provided the number and tool in its original packaging. I was then told "this item has been sold here in years" and then proceeded to go back and forth with two men for about 15 minutes asking questions like why they couldn't see with my number that this was purchased on the date I gave them. No answers. I practically was accused of purchasing the item somewhere else. They refused to figure out a solution other than "finding the original receipt".... so I thankfully I did and coincidentally when I came back, it was the same men working. Neither one talk to me, but processed the refund and didn't provide an update on the matter/misunderstanding. Management either is nonexistent or these workers refused to forward it to them. If management did hear about this, I was not updated on the matter when I came to do the return.

    Guy behind the counter was absolutely awful and offered 0 help when I asked about a fuse for my car. Literally told me to "look in the book" and didn't offer to come help. Also made sure I knew that there were "no returns even with a receipt" when making my purchase even though I was clearly unsure of what I was even looking for and he didn't offer to help. Drove by the other day and it looked like the staff were having running races in the parking lot while customers were there. Beyond awful and rude customer service from young kids just looking for a job... When I was there to purchase parts the two "men" behind the counter were also throwing food at each other and placing their food ontop of the register keyboard. I could go on and on. Hopefully they are no longer there and get educated on proper customer service.
