  The Service person who I dealt with I had to wait 15 minutes for him to come in from smoking a cigarette. He was extremely rude like I was wasting his time when I dropped my vehicle off when I pick my vehicle up the next day I had to wait 10 minutes for him to come in from smoking a cigarettes even though I went out and said hey would you like to check me out? He told me he was on break and he’d be there in a few minutes.. He was incredibly rude short answers when I ask questions side a lot like I was wasting his time. I spent $1400 on tires and I didn’t appreciate the service so I probably will not be coming back and I will make sure that I tell people because this was horrible. I will no longer go to Auburn and I will go up to South Paris next time, thinking your service manager, or whoever he was should be evaluated.

  I went to go get a flat tire repaired (I wanted the tire swapped with one that I brought with me) at 6pm (closing time is listed as 7pm) and was told by the employee that they could not help me because they had already packed up their shop for the night but I could come back in the morning. Mind you the 2 employees working were just sitting outside and smoking cigarettes when I pulled in. I could understand if I had shown up at 6:45, but with an hour of business still sheduled, I think they could have swapped my 1 tire for me.

  Called for 4 tire replacement and balance.Scheduled right in luckily.Was in and out in about 1 hour.Price was reasonable.And sonfar no abs lights and balance was spot on.no vibration at all.

  Got a flat on the way to Maine from out of town so stopped here first thing in the morning on Saturday to get the flat repaired. Terrible customer service was told it was by appointment only which I understand but when I said I’m from out of town can you please suggest another place was told nope. That’s just rude especially if you’re telling someone you don’t even know your way around. Thank goodness for Jewell tire center. This place was just rude!

  I was not impressed with the scheduling process speaking to a satellite phone screener. They did not seem knowledgeable of cars and what needed to be done. Also, the person at the desk when I brought in and picked up my vehicle, was just very rude and cold it was the strangest interaction I don’t know how to put into words. The guy was definitely not happy to be there. They did the work that needed to be done, but the price was very high in the service was very poor. I’ve been going to Tire Warehouse for several years for all of my vehicles, but this most recent interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth. I will be taking my Business elsewhere going forward.
