  Found out my car had a nail in the tire and was losing air. Called them up and they got me booked on the spot for a tire patch repair same day. Brought my car over and had one of the guys take a look and he said it was repairable which I figured after seeing the damage myself but immediately felt safe when he didn’t try selling me a bunch of things I don’t need. They had it finished the same day as-well, I came back the next morning to pick up my car expecting to pay but they told me it was free, at many other places it wouldn’t be so it was really nice to see. Some really professional and nice people who do good work, I’ve been going specifically to this location for a few years now and definitely wont stop anytime soon.

  Great honest shop! Does good work and nothing the car doesn't need! Not only did they fix the issue I had, they were able to get my car out on time when I needed it! I appreciate the hard work these guys do! They'll take care of you when your car needs the work!

  We left New Jersey at 9am for our yearly trip to Maine. We endured 6 hours of torrential rain on the way up. 1/2 mile from Sullivan Tires the oil pressure button flashed and the engine started making a terrible noise. Just by chance we parked in a Staples lot. and the man next to us was a mechanical contractor. He recommended Sullivan Tires. We were facing serious car problems at the start of the trip and at 4:00pm just an hour before they would close. The manager Matt Alhonen took care of us. The mechanics right away spotted the problem, and had us back on the road in an hour. We were so impressed by both Matt's and the mechanic's professionalism and excellent customer service. Five days later, we have not had a problem with the car. I just wish we had Sullivan Tires in our neck of New Jersey. With great gratitude to Matt and the mechanic who got us back on the road.

  I had a great experience. I had a mishap last night and they were able to see me on short notice and resolved the issue.
