  I saw a lot of great reviews about this place and had to check it out for myself. This was my first time coming here, and I can honestly say everyone was so nice and welcoming. One of the guys even hurried to grab an umbrella so I wouldn’t get wet in the rain, which I really appreciated. You don’t find many vehicle service places that go out of their way like that. The supervisor who changed my oil was very nice as well, all the way up to the manager. She took the time to tell me about the history of the business, shared helpful information with me, and listened to my concerns. I will definitely be coming back to have my car serviced here again. Everyone was amazing, and I truly appreciated the great customer service!

  Service was ok but was way over charged and when asked why the price was so high they said it was miss communication 125 for an oil change that was supposed to be 75.00 is absolutely unacceptable. Car smells like burning oil and barely vacuumed the car. Definitely will not return

  Exceptional service and an outstanding young team. I had rear brake service performed on my 2016 Nissan Versa at Grease Monkey #1550 in Woodlawn, and I came away genuinely impressed. The young manager and the entire crew were professional, respectful, efficient, and customer-focused from beginning to end. What stood out most was their attitude: they treated my time and my vehicle as if both mattered. No unnecessary runaround, no confusion, and no pressure—just good communication and solid service. I especially hope Grease Monkey corporate leadership sees this review. This location has a young manager and team worth recognizing, developing, and rewarding. Leadership, professionalism, and work ethic like this are exactly what build loyal customers. If you live in Woodlawn, Baltimore, Catonsville, Arbutus, Randallstown, Windsor Mill, Pikesville, Ellicott City, Columbia, or anywhere nearby, I would absolutely recommend giving this location an opportunity for the automotive maintenance and repair services they provide.
