  I’d never return here, an item was stolen from my car. I went here thinking I was only gonna get the service done and I left with a window and my item missing. This will be the first and last time I will be visiting this location.

  my insurance company linked me up with this place to get my front windshield replaced. it was an exceptionally smooth process, all staff were responsive, friendly and effective. i would highly recommend this place

  Very pleased with the whole process from scheduling the appointment to having my windshield installed. They were prompt and professional. They also handled the insuranace claim/inquiry. Very fair price. Highly recommend them!

  I needed a new windshield for a Tesla Model 3. I chose this location over the one closest to my home for several reasons: I didn’t exist/matter at the location in Columbia that my insurance company sent me to. However, at the 2505 Lord Baltimore location, I found a clean and comfortable waiting room, with amenities; The staff - courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and prepared - welcomed me, kept me informed regarding parts arrangements, scheduling and work status the day of the repair. The shop is clean and neat, and care is given to each customer’s vehicle; None of the staff smoke/vape, ensuring my vehicle interior remains pristine; All staff were courteous and respectful of each customer. The family atmosphere is evident here; managers/team leads are stellar. I highly recommend this Safelite location for quality of service, customer satisfaction and a cohesive, team-oriented organization.

  Absolutely terrible experience. If you're thinking about dropping your car off at Safelite, be prepared to wait far longer than you're told. I dropped my car off at 11:00 a.m. and was quoted 2–3 hours for a windshield replacement. Instead, I didn't get my vehicle back until after 6:00 p.m. That's unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I got my car back, I noticed my leather seats had been scratched and damaged. Even more upsetting, the necklace that was hanging from my rearview mirror—a necklace from my late mother—had been broken. Not a single employee mentioned it or apologized. I had to discover the damage myself. Accidents can happen, but failing to take responsibility or even communicate with a customer is inexcusable. Between the excessive delay, the damage to my vehicle's interior, and the sentimental item that was broken without any acknowledgment, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. 0/10 experience. I will never be coming back, and I would strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting this location with their vehicle.
