  I had a horrible experience today with the store manager. I asked to get my car scanned because last time I got my car scanned there, the paperwork that I received stated that my car was not emissions ready. One of the store associates stated that he will scan it anyway just to see what happens. The store manager jumped in our conversation and told him not to scan my car because my engine light was not on, but I informed her that I’ve gotten my car scanned plenty of times and my check engine light has never been on in my car, and I still received results from the scanner. She proceeded to say she didn’t care and refused me service. I came back later on to request to have my car scanned again and she still denied me service. I asked her if they all could at least attempt it because I need to take my car to VEIP soon and I need to make sure my car is emissions ready. She started to get loud and make hand gestures. I asked her why she had an attitude and she started yelling at me. We went back and forth and I informed her that she should not deny me service because I’ve never even had an issue with getting my car scanned and I am still the customer at the end of the day. She proceeded to threaten me and she told me to “go back home and take care of your kids” which is insulting. I asked her to repeat what she said and she called me the B word and she said that I heard what she said the first time. I told her she’s too old to be arguing with a 26 year old. She kept calling me a little girl and she threatened to hurt me in the store. The employee that was there had to restrain her from putting her hands on me. Then she picked up some items as if she was attempting to throw them at me and she was going to hit me. Everything is on camera as well, you will literally see her in front of the store being restrained by the employee. I was escorted out of the store when I kept asking if they could at least attempt to scan my car and they all said “The scanner won’t read it”. That was unfair to me because I had my car scanned so many times without my check engine light ever being on in my car. They could’ve at least attempted it to satisfy me, as the customer. I feel humiliated and unheard. Please do something about the manager. She was an older black woman, heavy set with purple braids.

  I always hate going to Auto parts stores cause the lines are long and I barely even kno what I’m looking for but I was pleasantly surprised with the assistance and customer service I received. I came in for some brakes and rotors and the manager Tiana helped me . It was seamless and I even got a recommendation on a great mechanic!! She was super friendly and positive throughout the entire interaction! Highly recommend this location
