  Great people also some of the nicest people i've ever met they got my truck right in, got me fixed and back on the road. Very well, reasonably priced. If you want a good place to have your truck worked on bring it to Vanguard's truck center in Williamsport. Maryland

  Sissy was great! All the tales are true. This shop is the most professional establishment of highest of standards. It's a bit criminal because noone is supposed to be this good. Great job in taking my truck in on the same day I checked in, even with several other trucks being worked on. Coffee at the ready, spotless floors, and trucker lounge waiting to be sat in. I was staying at the the Red Roof Inn, and when the truck was ready, Uber refused to pick me up. I was panicking as it was nearing 5pm (closing time at the shop) so I called and spoke with Larry, the senior mechanic, letting him know my predicament. Then Larry made sure I was able to get me there from the Red Roof Inn. How do you say thank you to someone like that? Anyway I thanked him best I could, shook his hand, shook Steve's hand (another mechanic)and said goodbye to Sissy. Great place that treats me like family? I hope next time I break down, it'll be within fifty miles from here.

  I had such a great experience here and genuinely cannot say enough good things about this team. I arrived right when they opened and, even though I expected them to be extremely busy, they took me right in and worked me into the schedule immediately. Sissy was especially amazing. She was extremely sweet, knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. Honestly, everyone I interacted with here was kind and helpful. The entire atmosphere was calm, organized, and professional, which made a stressful truck repair situation so much easier. I came in needing major repairs, including my EGR valve and turbo, and based on my own research I was expecting the job to take somewhere around 6 to 8 hours, possibly longer. They completed everything in less than four hours and had me back on the road well before I expected. I was honestly shocked when Sissy stood up smiling and handed me my keys! As an OTR driver, time matters tremendously, and having a shop understand that while still doing thorough, professional work means a lot. I am extremely grateful for how quickly they got me taken care of without making me feel rushed or overlooked. Knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, great communication, and an all-around pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend this location to any driver needing service. Thank you again to Sissy and the entire team for taking such good care of me and my truck! 10/10 experience. ❤️
