I've visited this store countless times, and I've truly never met anyone as genuinely helpful and attentive. His professionalism, kindness, and respectful approach to addressing our issue far exceeded my expectations. As a woman, it can often be difficult to find truly supportive assistance, but Rayvonne made the experience seamless and comfortable. I cannot recommend him highly enough…be sure to ask for him by name! ***LOOK at all the negative reviews predominately by women that were not helped at this location. An unfortunate trend!!***

While working under my car, I realized I needed some help because even at its lowest setting, the jack stand was still too high for my vehicle. When I asked about a return, they said no. The cashier told me to come back and speak with a manager anytime, but then immediately claimed there's no guarantee I'd actually catch them in.

But the real thing that stood out was how when I came back later that night, Ray and Antonio helped me remove the oem screw connectors from the old battery (they had a spline-based head and i didnt have the right socket at home). These guys saved me a world of pain and hurt. Hugely appreciate it and will be back to this store for future needs.

They tested my whole battery and alternator system before telling me that it wasn’t broken, just overheating. Would totally recommend to anyone.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
