  Love coming here when I can. Customer service is always amazing. Ace is such a great guy and we are very happy to see him here every time we pull up.

  Literally just left. Will never, ever be back. First, the guy working the automated car wash had his own black truck parked in front of the wash. He pulled his own truck into the car wash and started washing it, and then had me follow. As I’m trying to turn into the wash, the attendant yells “JESUS CHRIST?!” once he see’s a line form, and continues to tell me to turn my cars wheels almost off the track. Some other gentleman rushes over and asks me if I paid. Then the guy goes “you paid me right”? I had to ASK if my car needed to be in neutral and they told me NO? Even though the sign says to? Look, I was traveling here and decided to my get my car washed unfortunately. Did this get best car wash in Westminster because it’s the only one? That’s the only way I could see it. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, I will never be back. Ever. The user on my receipt says “Sean” by the way.

  I came to this car wash today (for reference I own a new European type vehicle) and purchased the gold package with interior vacuuming, etc. I was a little taken back when the gentleman said “$42.00” but whatever I’ve never been here before so I decided to take a chance. My first impression right away was not good when the man who took my money was stalling giving me change of $60.00. I kept having to ask for my change. Finally after the third time asking he returned with my change. Maybe he was busy and overwhelmed I don’t know but it was terribly unorganized. I’ll never return here again, though. $42.00 is INSANE for a basic car wash. The interior was still dirty when it was done. I’m not even sure if the car was vacuumed at all?! The entertainment area as well as drivers side dashboard was still filthy. It was beyond unacceptable. Never again. Edit to add - I also tipped them at the end despite the awful job they did. I feel like I got hustled.
