  I waited 45 minutes while my car sat there and 4 others got done. All I wanted was to have my car vacuumed and windows cleaned because I literally just had my dog put to sleep and didn't want to mentally handle it myself. Management was quick to contact me offering a mini detail, and yes, I'll take him up on the offer. $42 is a lot of money these days Waiting for a call from the manager for any kind of reimbursement. $42.00 for vacuum and wash, no drying or windows. Edit time ... The manager was quick to call me back and first, apologize for my experience with his establishment, second conveyed his condolences for the loss of my best friend. He offered and followed through with a mini detailing of my car and did a fantastic job. I appreciate the compassion and standing by his word. Thank you

  Westminster car wash does a very good job of getting my car clean. I think it's impressive that they use hand held brushes prior to sending the car through the car wash. The service is always very good.
