  Nikki and John were very knowledgeable and professional. They were also polite and answered all questions. I could tell they knew what they were doing. I was in and out under 10 mins. I will be back again. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick oil change and great customer experience. Thanks Nikki and John.

  Had a great experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Waldorf. Nikki and her team were extremely professional, friendly, and patient while we waited for approval to service the fleet vehicle I was driving. They kept me informed throughout the process and made what could have been a frustrating wait very easy. Really appreciated the customer service and professionalism from the entire team. Definitely a five-star experience.

  Did not push upsells, consistently asked if i had questions, give updates on eta when line was backed up. Asked about certain services rather than just perform them. They were aware of how long we waited but didn't rush the service. Each bay has several techs working making the wait not terrible wven though it was 2 car queue for each bay. Will definitely visit again.

Oscar was incredibly thorough in assessing my vehicle and took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was his honesty and professionalism—he made me feel confident that he genuinely had my best interest in mind, rather than trying to upsell unnecessary services. The manager was equally impressive, creating a welcoming environment and reinforcing the information Oscar provided, which gave me even greater confidence in the service. I also appreciated John, who went above and beyond by allowing me to see the work being done. Given that I’ve had a negative experience elsewhere in the past, this transparency meant a lot to me. Overall, this team demonstrated what excellent customer service should look like—professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. I highly recommend this Valvoline location to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable service.

  I had such an amazing experience at Valvoline, and I have to give special recognition to Oscar and his crew, Christian and Nikko. Oscar was absolutely magnificent! From the moment I arrived, his customer service was exceptional. He took the time to guide me through everything that needed to be done with my vehicle, explained things clearly, and made sure absolutely nothing was overlooked. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, attentive, and genuinely made the entire experience so much easier for me. That kind of customer service is hard to find! You could also tell that Oscar was leading a great team. Christian, working topside, and Nikko, working underneath, were fantastic. Everyone worked together efficiently, and they were fast without making me feel like my service was being rushed. They were thorough, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. When I drove away, I could actually feel the difference in how my car was driving. It felt so much better, and that gave me even more confidence in the work they performed. Oscar truly went above and beyond. He didn't just provide an oil change. He made sure I understood my vehicle's needs and left feeling confident that my car had been properly taken care of. Oscar, Christian, and Nikko are an outstanding team, and Oscar's leadership and customer service deserve special recognition. I will absolutely be returning to this Valvoline location. If management sees this review, please recognize Oscar and his crew for the exceptional service they provided. They earned every one of these five stars!
