- ADAngela Detamore2 days ago5.0I went to the Waldorf, Maryland location. I was greeted by a very, very polite manager, and as my time there went on, he was knowledgeable. He wasn’t forceful. He was a good conversation. They were fast. They were all nice polite well mannered went above and beyond to make me happy because I had a concern and honestly, I’ve been going there for years and I will not stop.

They were able to tell me and break down what my car needed and why. The manager was very welcoming and explained clearly the benefits of coming regularly to receive coupons and discounts! I’m definitely coming back because they earned my trust!

I was asked to change lanes and then watched as 3 more cars that arrived after me get serviced while I continued to sit there. I was never spoken to again. I watched as the entire staff was standing around and I guess the "manager" on her phone. After 45+ mins I gave up and left. Worst service I've ever had. Go to the LaPlata store!
