  I went to get a car wash and was greeted by this very cheerful young lady, Naziah, and she made the experience at Tommy's Car wash much more enjoyable with the offers they provideand just casual conversation.

  I thought about this review for a long time before writing it. If you want your car scratched, this is the best car wash for that. They wash your car however they feel like it. I informed the manager, Mr. Riley Norton— I’m not interested in your free month. I do not recommend this place if you care about scratches—sorry, I mean “cleaning your car.” Stay away, there are better, newer options out there. Please do not contact me—I will not delete it. You lied. And the tire shine doesn’t even work anymore—they don’t apply anything. You have to bring your own tire shine. Stay away from this place. You pay for a “the Works ,” and they do whatever they want—the worst—and then say it was a mistake, even though it happens many times.

  Though I have had overall good experiences with the convenience of TOMMY’s Car Wash, I am extremely disappointed with Paul and his lack of concern about what happened today. I was bumped by another vehicle in the tunnel. He should have come to talk to both customers. Instead he said you and the other driver can talk, I don’t see any damage. I called back up there, and Paul proceeded to say it was my fault my car moved while in neutral. I tried to keep my composure but his smart tone pushed me to the left. If you use this car wash please give the vehicle in front of you extra space as the track causes cars to roll at times. Hopefully. the owner Mr Norton sees this and addresses the establishment and the employee.

  Extremely disappointing experience here. So much so, that I literally cringe each time I pass by. I've only been twice. The first visit was pleasant, I signed up for the unlimited car wash promotional. The employees were kind and helpful, after getting signed up I went through with no issues. I returned the very next day. The next day was totally different. I was not able to drive directly through to the car wash because apparently my info wasn't entered into the system. Once it was, I did the exact thing I did the day before and was screamed at by a woman with red hair. She had a racist scowl on her face and used the term "you guys" to explain why she was yelling at me. I was totally shaken up, especially being born and raised in the Deep South, it's easy to recognize hatred, it's a look, a tone, a terrible experience. After this, I called the corporate number and was told the site leader, Riley would call me back that day. He did not. The next day I followed up again and spoke with him. It was obvious that he was on Sharon's side, however, he attempted to make things right by scheduling a time to meet with me to discuss how this car wash could get more involved with the local community. We scheduled a date/time. Not only did he NOT show up but he also did not return any calls or attempt to reschedule. If you care about this community and the treatment of the people who live here, especially minorities, I implore you to find another carwash. I will never support this location or the brand again. ** Added since reading response from carwash** - I am not surprised by this dismissive response. It totally fits my second experience at the carwash and further fuels my narrative about why I will no longer go and hate passing by. Getting screamed at during my second visit and told "this is why we yell at YOU GUYS" was insane and definitely traumatic. In today's climate, it should have never happened. Also, now I am hearing I drove on the belt too fast and the staffs feelings are hurt due to me sharing MY experience ... such a major deflection. This place has YET to do anything for the community because they do NOT care about the people in it, especially the ones who look like me. They only want your money.
