- DQDavid QueenOct 6, 20261.0⭐ 1-Star Review — Stay Away STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH. On July 5, 2025, I had a terrible experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash. While going through the wash, another customer attempted to exit before they were supposed to, causing their vehicle to become stuck and resulting in a three-vehicle collision on the conveyor belt. What made the situation even worse was the lack of immediate action from the employees. The conveyor continued moving for approximately 1–2 minutes after the collision, causing the vehicles to continue making contact and resulting in additional damage. I had to personally approach an employee and ask why the conveyor had not been stopped. The response I received was essentially that they didn’t know where they were. Accidents can happen, but what matters is how a business responds when something goes wrong. In this case, the response was extremely disappointing, and I feel the situation could have been handled much better. The insurance company handling the claim has also been extremely difficult to deal with, which has only made an already frustrating situation worse. Getting a reasonable resolution has been far more difficult than it should be. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this location. Between the lack of response from the staff and the poor experience dealing with the insurance process afterward, this is not a business I would trust with my vehicle again.

- IMIzaiah MilesAug 1, 20265.0Another great day at my favorite Car Wash place! I was cleaning my car out like usual and noticed one of the vacuums were backed up with clutter. I notified Kris and Eli and they promptly fixed the issue! Thank you once again for the easy experience!
