I purchased the vehicle on May 9, I was instructed to go over to Hyundai to have the vehicle headlight serviced Monday morning the car was dropped off on May 11 before opening hours was then given the runaround all day of what the problem could or could not be to then be ask if I could pick it up the next day because they needed to continue to diagnose. I picked up my vehicle on May 12 and by Thursday the 14th the same exact headlight was out again so the problem was not fixed and I now have to find a time between working a full-time job and a part-time job to be able to get my own my only means of transportation back to the shop again for this to be rectified being that this is a headlight this is something that is serious that can cause me to be pulled over and I’ll be given thicket by local authorities, so I’m not pleased with the service that I have Received that far this has been a huge inconvenience not just to me, but for the people that I’ve had to ask for a ride

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge 3 kind, wonderful people. Dwayne, Glen, and Eric! I went in with my boyfriend, and his grandmother. They had went in for a service but ended up doing a trade in. We dealt with Dwayne. Absolutely awesome and HONEST. Which I appreciate especially considering how other dealerships may be. He broke things down so wonderfully to his grandmother and was so kind and bubbly. Even gave us pointers for any future issues or concerns. Glen was just as helpful during the whole process. Eric was very very kind as well and had such a wonderful personality. Their kindness really made the experience memorable. I appreciate the patience they had during the whole process. Again, thank you so very much to Dwayne, Glen, and Eric! Such a great team.
The Service Department was very good and assisted in many aspects of making the experience note worthy. And Jervon (Service Advisor) was phenomenal in his duties. I greatly appreciate his help, including going above and beyond to provide service at a five star level. . Although the service advisor assignments are random I’d recommend him to any customer for service advice or customer service (Acumen).
The generous current rating (Three Stars) is primarily due to the interaction with the Service Department’s positivity, knowledge, and customer service. And the lower scoring is due to my Sales Department experience.
In my opinion and recent experience the sales, accounting departments, and store leadership have provided nothing short of STRESS and ANXIETY. Although the salesman attempted to mediate many of the issues surrounding the purchase (Palisade (Calligraphy, Hybrid 2026)). I will not be buying another vehicle from the Sheehey Hyundai of Waldorf ever again!

This was absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I have owned quite a few cars. Dwayne Barber is the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. He Actually, listened to me as the customer and didn’t try to force me into buying something I really didn’t want. Although my car payment was a little more than what I wanted, it was all worth it in the end. The manager, Fernando was awesome. He offered me an awesome package that made it all worthwhile and Manny the gentleman that takes care of all the paperwork for the Financing, Warranties and Maintenance package was awesome, very friendly, and overall, a really nice guy. I would definitely recommend going to Sheehy Hyundai in Waldorf; as I said best car buying experience ever!! I was in and out of that dealership in about two hours and 15 minutes! Go to Sheehy Hyundai, & see Dwayne Barber!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Starting from the beginning. Please be sure to call the service department before making an appointment online because you will get to the service department for the appointment and they will tell you that you can get services for your vehicle even though the system allowed you to make the appointment for said service. Next please prepare to wait for 2 hours or more for a simple oil change. My. Appointment was at 11:45am I was on time, vehicle was taken back maybe around 12 noon. 1:30 came around now status update. Asked the technician and he said they haven’t started working on your car yet, it’s busy… what’s the point of having an appointment?? I asked for my vehicle because I had already been there too long. It took about 20min to get my vehicle. I was told they didn’t do any service but they washed my car or better yet just sprinkled some water on it. While getting into my vehicle the technician tried to advise me of “better times to come for service”. I told him don’t you dare tell me what’s a “better time” when I made an appointment so that I can be serviced at my appointment time. They are terrible. Won’t EVER go there again
