  Sheehy Hyundai has been great to us since purchasing our new vehicle. Setting maintenance appointments have been simple and they get us in and out in a timely manner. We have dealt with Cedric multiple times and he is always awesome to work with. Thank you for being efficient, kind, and easy to work with.

  Spent the majority of my day off here at this useless dealership. I was quoted an hour and a half for routine maintenance for my appointment at 9am, so I figured I would just wait it out at the dealership instead of having my wife come pick me up. Awful decision, 3 and a half hours passed without any kind of update, I go in to ask about a status update and they have actually no idea what’s going on until they call someone to then say oh they’re going to pull it around now. We’re now going on 4 hours sitting at this god forsaken dealership with no end in sight. I would recommend never coming here for service, go to any other Hyundai dealership, nothing but lack of communication and overall rudeness.

  Jervon was great. He kept in constant contact with me and kept me abreast of everything that was going on. The car was not ready as originally promised which hindered my out of town trip scheduled for that time frame (a funeral) but Jervon’s exceptional hospitality and professionalism is what made me give 5 stars for this rating.

  I first want to thank James and Nate in assisting me with my first vehicle purchase in over 10 years. Very professional and patient. I also want to give Brad a shoutout in the service department for having me in and out for a brake and rotor issue 2 weeks after purchasing my vehicle; he was very professional and friendly! I highly recommend this dealership and their customer service is top tier!

  As always, Sheehan Hyundai of Waldorf verifies what is needed and lets me know what else may be necessary. However, this past visit showed more care. Not for me, but another customer. She had a cane. Any time she was up walking (bathroom, water, whatever), a Sheehy Hyundai Waldorf worker was by her side quickly to see she was safely returned to a chair. Not the same person each time, either. The people who work there saw this woman needing assistance and helped. It was nice seeing this human connection.
