  Safelite has the best customer service. The person who rescheduled my appointment was kind and helpful. Reminders and status texts were great. Kyson my technician was kind, Informative, caring, patient and thorough. Got here at 8am and was done just after 9. Best service I've had in a long time.

  Yesterday I purchased the windshield repair service that came with new windshield wipers. Today while driving home during a torrential storm the driver side windshield arm came completely off. It was 15 minutes before the nearest service center closed and getting to it in time SAFELY was not possible. I called the number on the website associated with the store and looked to be a local number. It was not. The claims rep that answered transferred me to a customer care agent to whom I explained the problem. She apologized profusely and said that she was going to reach out to the store and call me back with information on scheduling someone to come out and repair the blade. Rain is expected tomorrow. I explained that this is not just an inconvenience but a SERIOUS SAFETY issue and if something were to happen because my visibility was impaired Safelite would most definitely be considered liable and at fault. The "caring" customer care agent never called me back. Now, I have to figure out between work and life when I can go back to their center so they can replace it. LIVID is an understatement! Contacted my USAA rep to report my dissatisfaction. I hope they can find another glass repair company to use in the future.
