Went to get my window repair and was told the price online when I booked I selected to pay in store paid in store and upon leaving the front desk guy tried to re-charge me the payment again. This was definitely a dis-service and will not be using this company ever again. If you’re looking to get your window repair I wouldn’t pick this place at all.
I had to change my appointment and the team worked with me to get the next available appointment. On the day of the appointment my car was finished in about an hour so very fast service. Overall great experience.

I needed a new windshield and geico recommended safelite. I was able to go through my insurance and simply pay my deductible which was nice. I made the appointment online which was super easy through Geico. I got reminders about the appointment and time and I also had someone call me to remind me which was really nice, and hr answered questions I had. When I dropped the car off, the person at the front was very nice and friendly. When I picked it up it was a different person at the front, and he was also very nice and friendly. So far the windshield is doing well and I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend using them if you need a windshield replacement.

Initially tech came out on time to learn that the crack couldn’t be repaired. Waited for the parts to be ordered a week later appointment and was told that they needed additional parts and that I needed to order the additional parts before they would schedule my third appointment. Called back with no response from the rep to clarify the right parts were ordered. I believe it was intentional and rude. Do not use them went to D&S glass service excellent service one appointment and done with lifetime warranty.
I booked an appointment for window replacement on a new vehicle due to attempted theft/vandalism. This is my first time ever needing to replace a glass so I assumed it would be as easy as the booking process was. Mistake one was not verifying the glass type on my ‘26 limited with the traditional glass type in the system. My vehicle was taken back to be repaired and ten minutes later I am told they do not have the correct glass and need to contact the dealer for the part number to order the replacement glass. Inconvenience one was having to wait for a technician to return from lunch to proceed after I had already waited for an appointment that could not be completed due to this missing step in the booking process. When the technician returned 15 minutes later I am told they would call once they received the information from the manufacturer with an updated price to reschedule. The price difference is an additional 700 and wait time for an appointment is pushed out a week. I was called once the glass was delivered to the shop a day earlier than the scheduled appointment so communication is A+. My technician called prior to arrival, explained what was happening, completed the replacement, told me to inspect/roll up and down the window. I noted a gap in the frame and was told the panel clips in and there is nothing wrong. Mistake two was not being adamant about fixing it in that moment because I did not know at the time the panel just need to be unscrewed, realigned, and replaced so that it is flush with no gap. I contacted the technician about ten minutes after comparing my driver door with the replaced panel and feeling like that was not a correct response and it should have been fixed. The technician said he would contact me after his next appointments if he had time to return or would have to schedule a warranty appointment with me to address it. Inconvenience two, I was not contacted and had to figure out how to make a warranty appointment on the site which automatically prompts you only for a repair appointment. Inconvenience three, the next available appointment is not for another week out on something that should have been remedied same day. Overall, this location is busy and its technicians are nice but the process and work completed was not satisfactory for my experience.
