  It’s my first time visiting NTB and I will continue to bring my car here for service. TJ the mechanic recommended this shop to me, and I am happy with my service. They took care of me and didn’t try to rip me off like I’ve experienced with other shops in the past.

  If you’re looking for top notch work and excellent customer service, check out NTB Waldorf and ask for Dave, the Store Manager. He the BEST! They offer many great services, to include oil changes, brake jobs, and much more.

  I brought my Mom's car in for a slow leak tire. She mentioned to me that her experience at this service center has always been great. My first time here, today, I would have to agree. I found the staff friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I'm glad my Mom has them to help keep her safe on the road!

  The people at this NTB facility, on Crain Highway, Waldorf, are great people, very professional and courteous. They keep to time when you have a service appoint, and do exactly as promised. I did my wheel alignment there today (5/7/26), and it was a breeze! I was very satisfied with the manager, Dave, and the technician who serviced my car, Dae Dae. I will always choose this NTB location next time!

  Excellent service at NTB! David made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He helped me get everything I needed done and took the time to help me choose the best tires for my car based on my driving needs and preferences, which I really appreciated. He also walked me through recommended maintenance and explained why it was important to switch out my winter tires now that we’re in spring to avoid unnecessary wear. He quickly helped order my new tires and got my installation scheduled for next week. Everything was explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. The next time you visit this NTB location, make sure you ask for David - you’ll be in great hands!
