  I am definitely hoping 🙏 I have the correct location. As we started out on our family vacation in Myrtle Beach from Bowie,Maryland we got as far as Waldorf when our Tire low pressure warnings ⚠️ went off on our dash. My son immediately went online and found Mr. Tire. They not only gave us fast service but inspected all 4 tires. It was probably a false read as no air pressure was needed. They didn't even want to charge us but politely said a tip to the technician would be nice. Very friendly people....very much expert in their work 🙄 👍

  Thank you to Joe for being very helpful and kind, ...on multiple occasions....even at the end of the day when he should be jaded (I mean like even at 6.30 PM!)

  The front desk service absolutely sucks!!! I was there 5 years ago when he talked me & my husband I to pasting in cash and he would only charge 300$ for a 500$ job. I went in the today thinking perhaps it would be new people but what do you know it was the same man , old guy with Mohawk & don’t know how to talk with any kind of respect! Some one needs to get new management , a new front desk man before he gets hurt!!! This place is loosing service because of This man. Whoever is in charge of employees , Mohawk has to go !!!! This is a heads up!

  I usually don’t write reviews, but something needs to change. First, customer service is located in a completely different area, and I could barely understand what they were saying, but we got through it. They scheduled an appointment for 6pm at this location (2225 Crain Hwy). When I arrived, the person on duty said his tech had gone home for the day due to illness. I understand emergencies happen, but then he told me they didn’t have any more air — no air! My tire was flat! Additionally, three weeks ago, this same store (2225 Crain hwy) had wifi issues and couldn’t service anyone. This location needs to be evaluated, shutdown, new management or something. I ended up going to another location a few miles away (Mall Circle), which took me right in and was super friendly. Mall circle Rd saved the day!! Thanks
