  Quick turnaround and professional service! I recently purchased a Mercedes through Carvana and needed assistance with a repair claim that typically would not have been covered unless the claim was submitted correctly. Matt came to the rescue! He handled everything professionally, submitted the claim properly, and was able to get the repairs fully covered. What impressed me even more was the turnaround time. We dropped the vehicle off and had it back within 24 hours. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend this location for service.   The call center for scheduling is a waste of time.. told them multiple times I was not bringing in a vehicle, just a tire that needed patching. Tried to upsell me on an oil change for $49, asked if I was staying with the vehicle etc.. What vehicle??? I confirmed my appointment, and that it would be a quick in and out... get to the store only to be told that it would be at least an hour wait before they could see me, and that the call center has no idea of who is working or time frames, plus was informed that the customer waiting in the lobby, had also been told about the $49 oil change.. and its not even a service Mr.Tire offers.. so just bs all around. However the staff inside were very helpful and genuinely trying their best.. So next time call the store and choose option 3.. DO NOT USE THE CALL CENTER ..

  I had an amazing experience at Mr. Tire. Chris and the staff were kind, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I came in with a flat tire while my husband was out of town, and I was honestly intimidated because I don’t know much about cars or even my tire size. They never made me feel dumb or pressured into extra services. Chris walked me through everything, showed me the damage to my tire, explained my options, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. It’s a level of customer service you honestly don’t see much nowadays. I really appreciated the honesty and care, and I highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone needing tires or vehicle help.
