  I don't go back to the other Waldorf location. But this one is absolutely amazing!!! I worked with Kelly the whole time and I can't express how happy I am to get someone that worked with me and gave me options and made sure I was happy and satisfied with the selection I got. I am sensitive to certain vehicles and she made sure I was in a vehicle that wouldn't make me unhappy with what I was renting. Thank you to Kelly for being a great associate.

  In an age where people are so quick to point out the sub par costumer service from young people. I want to do the opposite and shout out DJ and Karon (I hope I spelled that right). They both provided great customer service while helping me get into my rental car. Keep up the great work fella’s. Your futures are looking bright
