  Had reservation since last week for state farm rental was not able to get one as they claim to not have any vehicles, suppose to have got escalated to a regional manager that should have call me back with a guaranteed vehicle which did not happen, was then told to call back monday which was not able to reach anyone. Called back again today i see if anything is available and see what my options are and they want to play games with me over phone because he don’t want to tell me the suv he has available im asking him to tell me the make as i been requesting for a suv like a wagoner but he keeps telling me i have to come in and he can’t tell me what kind of truck over the phone. This location is a joke and unprofessional this is my second time dealing with this location and the last time they took my vehicle and gave it to someone else because she did not want a vehicle with a cracked windshield and they tried to tell me i was being upgraded and i was not i was just getting that damaged vehicle they did not want.

  I had a great experience with enterprise . I was assisted by Karon ball and he was great from start to finish. From the check in process to finding me the perfect fit of a vehicle that I needed.   I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I needed a vehicle on short notice, and they were able to get me into a car quickly without any hassle. I drove the rental for two days, and everything went smoothly—the car was reliable, and ready to go when I arrived. The staff was professional and efficient, which made the entire process stress-free. I would definitely use them again, especially when I need something last minute.
