  A reservation is an arrangement to have something—such as a hotel room, table, or seat—held for your use. Not here. That word has zero meaning. Let me say, the staff is very nice and attempted to be accommodating. I had to take time to come up here to wait for what I had “reserved”. So… no car and two hours of work missed. Enterprise is expensive even when you don’t rent anything. We will not refer people from our dealership to this, or any other enterprise again. I have rented cars from enterprise many, many times. No more. Avis is right down the street.

  Outstanding customer service from start to finish. The staff were courteous, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made the entire rental process quick, smooth, and stress-free. Excellent service and a team that clearly values its customers. Five stars without hesitation.

  This location was ok for the most part staff was ok they seemed very busy and often I felt like my concerns wasn’t really tended to but I guess it’s because they have so much on their plate. Like even calling in to ask questions I’m being rushed off the phone by one of the ladies and told they are busy and had to go. I appreciate the honesty but to each its own. Other than that they worked so hard to get me into a car I wanted and, I like that they also have so many great choices of vehicles to choose from which I loved. The truck was amazing that I was put in. Even considering buying… Returning my vehicle was a great process Bj was so helpful and kind he has great customer service and was very patient…

  Kron was very helpful with my pick up and setting up my rental. Associate named Raven was rude. When I answered the phone she had a nasty attitude and proceeded to hang up on me. Associates like that make me not want to come back. Raven stated she called me multiple times. When I checked my call log I only saw 2 calls from enterprise from 7/3 and 7/6. It is now 8/3 and she called some of my family members yesterday? Without attempting to contact me first? The charges also don’t make sense. One day they tried to charge $360 and the next day they tried to charge $250 and today my total is $400 but I only have the $20 protection…it’s been a week..how do I owe $400? I don’t appreciate the way this situation was handled at all.
