  Customer service at this location is amazing. The staff is friendly, professional, and made the rental process smooth from start to finish. My only concern is the pricing. The rental rates and deposits are significantly higher than what I’ve experienced in other cities. It would also be great to see a loyalty or rewards program, similar to what Hertz offers. Their pricing tends to feel more in line with the types of vehicles available, and a comparable program could provide better value for returning customers.

  Very friendly staff and excellent service. The sales team was very attentive from the driver who picked me up and ensuring that I didn’t have to put my items from my own vehicle into the rental. The entire experience was quick and outstanding. I would definitely recommend this location.

  Customer service was very good! Kind, polite and helpful was the representative and manager. In these times of our society, it’s very important to keep the morale high and they did just that!

  My experience was great. Erica called to confirm my reservation which I appreciated because I had a couple of questions. You know sometimes when you call places you may get the run around. Thank you Erica!!! Lamont is AWESOME he listened to me and was very professional. He needs a raise or bonus or a couple paid days off. He was friendly and caring just an outstanding employee. Thank you Lamont! You made it a great experience. Enterprise do right by him because he deserves it lol I give him 5 stars alone. I made my reservation on line and everything went smoothly. I would rent from this location again.

  I rented a car from a satellite location, and had to do a 5.5 hour drive immediately after picking it up. My appointment time was at 2:00pm, and I showed up at 2:00pm, spoke to a woman at the satellite location who reached out to the Enterprise employee for me, I had also previously called enterprise to confirm my appointment and pick up date and time. 25 minutes later, still waiting, I called the Enterprise office and they told me that the employee did not leave the Waldorf location until MY APPOINTMENT TIME HAD STARTED. So he was 45 MINUTES LATE. The employee did not apologize for being 45 minutes late, and his excuse when I pointed it out was "this is a satellite location, I had to drive here" Apparently he is unaware that I ALSO had to DRIVE THERE and managed to SHOW UP ON TIME to a CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT. He then said "I'll do my best to accommodate you" , gave me a car with a HALF A TANK OF GAS and said "I'll annotate that there's only a half a tank as a favor to you, so you don't have to return it full" Which is ALREADY HOW THAT WORKS, YOU RETURN THEM WITH AS MUCH GAS AS IT HAD WHEN YOU TOOK IT. If he had deigned to show up to his job on time, or *gasp* even EARLY, he could have filled the tank and checked on the car, instead he was lazy, acted like he was doing ME a favor by giving me a car that was half empty. THEN I called to confirm my drop off, to see if someone needed to be there, and told them I had no confidence in them ever showing up to close my contract because of the previous employee. The woman on the phone was kind, apologized for my experience, and said a branch manager would reach out to speak to me about it. The branch manager never did. The office only reached out FOUR DAYS after I returned the car to even close my contract out, because it took them that long to go check on the car at the sattelite location, and they tried to charge me for the extra days that THEY didnt go check on the car, that I LET THEM KNOW was being returned on the DAY THE CONTRACT SAID. At least one of us understands appointments and contracts, and it isn't enterprise. Overall miserable experience, why even HAVE appointment times if they can show up whenever they want and waste my time and effort.
