- JLJermaine LewisMay 6, 20262.0The receptionist Rita had a slightly nasty attitude that grew worse over time. This is my first time ever getting in a car accident and I had lots of questions. I work in service and deal with people daily in a professional setting, and carry myself as an upstanding individual. Rita was exactly the opposite, shaking her head at my questions, saying now her day is ruined. I was instructed to get my car appraised by the at fault insurance company, Rita seemed furious. I guess I did not follow collision center protocol by just dropping the car off, I wanted to follow what the insurance agent said. I am strongly considering doing my repair elsewhere.
