Isa helped us when we returned the car. He was thorough & provided wonderful service. His professionalism & excellent management skills really stood out! - ACAlissa CollinsAug 15, 20261.0Went to get a car and they were all out of compact cars which is what I purchased. The car I ended up getting wasn’t ready and it took 10 minutes for it to be “cleaned.” I saw the oil change light was on and asked about it and they said I was fine and that they would monitor it and call me if it got worse. A day later the car broke down on the side of the road and went up into smokes. Oil was everywhere. Road side assistance was no help and we had to wait over 3 hours for a tow truck that never came and left in a Lyft that took over 2.5 hours of 3 back and forth phone calls with enterprise. I do not recommend anyone booking from this company.
