  The minivan that I ordered wasn't available but they made sure I was accommodated. Staff was super nice and alerted me days before that they may have overbooked. I reserved my vehicle through the app. Just needed a certain number of seats and they took care of it. Great group of people.

  Smooth and easy rental and return process! The employees on the afternoons of 6/17 and 6/24 (I am so sorry I didn't write down your names to give you the recognition!) were awesome. Kind, efficient, and helpful. Will definitely be renting from this location again!

  Highly recommend avoiding this location. I understand vehicle availability changes, but after receiving a phone call to confirm vehicle was available we arrived the next day and NOTHING was available. This is the third time we have had a negative experience with this location and their lack of communication - not to mention the parking lot is horrid. A simple phone call and them being proactive to transfer the reservation to a different location (within reason) would have gone a long way. Although not location specific, their customer service agents should undergo additional training. The Prince Frederick location and Lexington Park have always saved the day multiple times. DO NOT BOOK TO PICK UP AT THIS LOCATION.
