  After a weird incident driving to work I ended up with two flat tires. I was overwhelmed and stressed but NTB did an amazing job. Communication was great and Damon did an excellent job putting my tires on and double checking my car before I left in a timely manner. I would most definitely come back. Thank you guys again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service — Thank You, Ron! I recently got a flat tire while on my way to an important business meeting and found myself in a tough situation. NTB Tire & Service Center at 704 York Road in Towson was the only place open, so I stopped in hoping someone could help. Even though they were extremely busy and really didn’t have time to fit me into their schedule, Ron at the front desk still took the time to come out and look at my vehicle. He quickly discovered that my tire had been punctured, and instead of simply telling me they couldn’t get to it, he went above and beyond and made sure I was taken care of. He patched the tire and got me safely back on the road. What stood out to me most was that Ron didn’t have to help me — he chose to help me. That kind of customer service, professionalism, and genuine consideration for someone in a difficult situation deserves to be recognized. Ron, thank you for taking the time to help me when I needed it. You turned what could have been a really stressful situation into a positive experience. NTB is fortunate to have someone like you representing their business. Five stars without hesitation. If management sees this review, please make sure Ron gets the recognition he deserves!

  This is more of a complaint about the online experience more than the in person one. You put your details in online and it provides your tire options. In my case they had basic tires for $113 each. It tells you the tires are available.It gives you the total, including balancing/alignment and you choose your appointment time. I got there and there was no record of my appointment. The man helping me asked me to check I had the right store. I showed him the email confirmation and it was the right store. So he has to generate a walk in appointment himself. He gets all the same details I entered in the website and then quotes me almost double what the website said. I told him I want the tires the website recommended and he told me the site gives prices without including taxes and other fees. What is the point in giving me a price online if it isn’t even close to being what it will actually cost? So instead of replacing 4 tires, I opted for just the one tire that I had to replace. The rep told me 45 minutes but I was there for an hour and forty five minutes. Maybe it would have been quicker if the online appointment system worked properly? Another customer came in for his appointment while I was waiting and he had the same issue.

  I called to get a price quote over the phone and was given a number, then scheduled an appointment based on that quote. The next day, I received a call saying the tires wouldn't arrive in time for my appointment and that I'd need to put down a credit card deposit. I offered to come by the store in person to handle the deposit and reschedule. When I arrived, they refused to honor the quote I'd been given and tried to charge more instead. I left and took my business elsewhere. Between the schedule change, the sudden deposit requirement, and then going back on their own quote in person, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I'd recommend checking other tire shops in the area before booking here.
