  Cannot recommend this place enough! I walked in without an appointment because my tire signal is on and had a bad valve stem, and Youness took care of me right away. I had called around to several other shops and this was the only one that could help me on the spot — no being told to come back another day. Younes was professional, friendly, and got me back on the road quickly.

  I had a great experience at NTB thanks to Youness! He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took care of my oil change and services efficiently, explained everything clearly, and made sure my car was in great shape before I left. It’s hard to find people who are both knowledgeable and genuinely kind, but Youness definitely is. I really appreciated the customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services!

  We had two front tires put on my car, because my brother accidentally broke the valve stem on the right front tire, which needed to be replaced anyway. The guy who answered the phone was amazing and helpful, had my unusual tire size in stock and gave me a great price. The problem came from the service department. When I got in my car to leave, my tire pressure monitor system light came on. I used to be in the car business and I know sometimes this happens and the light usually goes back off in a day or two, but we tried to call them anyway. No one answered the phone and we left two messages that went unanswered. It has been almost 2 weeks and the TPMS light is still on and both front tires are losing air. They also failed to put covers back on the valve stems. I also asked them to put the driver's front tire in the back because I do not have a donut and wanted it as a spare. Instead, they put the bad front tire that had gone flat in the back, which I didn't notice for days, and charged me $7 to get rid of the good one. I have used this place twice in the past to have full sets of tires on two other cars, and they were amazing but I would never go back knowing that they do not stand behind their work anymore. They said I needed new back tires soon, but there was also an issue with a belt in my car, which they didn't tell me about but was on the paperwork they gave me when I left. I did not read the paperwork until the week later.

  The Lutherville location is closed now - which actually a good thing. After one marginal and another horrible experience with vehicle service there, I will never patronize another NTB location anywhere.
