  I’d been to this shop before and never had any problems, so this whole experience was pretty disappointing. I brought my car in to get a ball joint fixed, and later they called to say my rear window wouldn’t roll up. When I got there, I paid for the repair, thinking they’d at least looked into it. Instead, they told me the window was already down when I brought it in and there was nothing they could do. What really bothered me was how everything was handled. I asked if anyone had tried to help get the windows up—especially since it was raining—and the younger mechanic responded in a really rude and aggressive way. They wouldn’t even let me borrow a basic tool to try fixing it myself, and when I asked other employees for help, no one seemed interested in doing anything. I would've even paid if necessary, it was raining... They have cameras outside, so I asked if they could check the footage so I could prove that the window was not down when I arrived, but they brushed that off too. And just to be clear, I stayed calm the whole time. That’s why it caught me off guard when the mechanic suddenly told me to leave or he'd call the police. After all that, I would never recommend this place. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially when something goes wrong, and this whole encounter was sad...Positive side, now I just do my own repairs. Thanks!

  10/10. Can't recommended them enough. I have went here several times, and they're always: honest, quick, reliable, reasonable, and also just the best people! Recently, I was having some brake issues. I called in not even realizing the work I had done a few years ago by them would be covered under their warranty. The first thing they said was "bring it in, we stand by our work and will warranty it and make the needed repairs". From my experience with the dealerships, they sort of go out of their way to extract as much money as possible from you... not the case w/ Leo's Auto!

  Hands down the most unbearable and frustrating experience I’ve ever had at an auto body shop. Overcharged for borderline everything, never the same price they give you beforehand. Rude aggressive staff who must be having a bad day everyday. I was told never to return in a very threatening manner after getting into an argument with them over storage fees that were excessive and unwarranted.

  Regarding all of the reviews about Jon being sassy... They probably deserved it. That guy has saved me dozens of times.

  Leo's has been the most transparent, affordable and friendly auto shop I have ever gone to. I went to a couple different auto shops for quotes on a big repair. Another place quoted me for $3500 and Leo's quoted me for $2000. At another point I needed to replace my water pump and when I couldn't afford the price they helped me find the correct part online and showed me how to do it my self. If any place deserves your business, it is this one
