  If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped my car off at 9am and was told it would be ready by 5pm. They said there was a chance of it being done sooner so they would call if that was the case. Around 12:30 I got an email that said the service on my car was just about done. 4:30pm I had gotten no phone call, so I had someone drive me back because I was told it would be ready by 5pm. When I walked in the lady said "oh no it's not ready yet." The men working stated that it was too close to the end of the day and the third party company that recalibrates the windshield was unavailable. The lady at the front then asked if I could bring it back another day....I told them I would rather leave it and have it done first thing in the morning. Cut to 8am the following morning I called to ask if it was ready and was told "oh yeah it's been ready." They opened at 8am and turns out they had done it the night before. AGAIN: why did no one call me. Upon receiving my vehicle it appeared that it had been driven quite a bit, the radio was blasting, and a water bottle in the cup holder had been moved. WORST $500 I've ever spent. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Arrived at 8 am and out the door by 9:30am. Did great job very efficient and happy with the results. Would recommend Safelite to all.

  Cancelled on me twice after I waited 4 hours for them and then lied to me saying they could not come to my house to do it on site. They made me come in and wait 3 hours for no reason. Then I paid for extra coating and wipers; had to remind them to do this before I left. They would not have and just taken my money. Horrible experience and over priced.

  Overall, I had a good experience with Safelite in Timonium. I had originally set up an appointment for mobile service. They contacted me the day of to tell me they had to cancel the appointment, or I could bring my car there. It was a little inconvientent, but the lady on the phone and the front desk was kind and professional. The work was done promptly and so far, so good on the new windshield. I recommend you use them if you need a windshield replaced.

  This was a very pleasant experience. The young man who did the work on my vehicle (Diego) was very knowledgeable and kind. To be so young he knows a lot about his profession. I see him doing well. As for Safelite, thank you for the timely scheduling and detailed explanation of what would happen. I will be advising anyone who may need this type of service to call on you guys.
