At the Enterprise at Temple Hills, the Staff was outstanding, professional, respectful, and polite. This Enterprise had vehicles available because I was in a crisis after being denied a vehicle that I had scheduled at the Fort Washington location; they claimed they did not have any vehicles. My whole day was ruined because FT. Wash. did not accommodate me with a vehicle. 'Kudos" to the Temple Hill Maryland Enterprise; they rescued me. I give them (5) ***** Stars and more.

- EEElijahJul 13, 20261.0Called this location and the guy on the phone told me someone else just called. Made no sense off the bat. I told him I was checking to see if I could return my vehicle here as I got one from another location in Maryland. He asked for my name and phone number and then put me on hold for 15 minutes. Never picked the phone back up so I hung up. Completely unacceptable and terrible service. If it’s that hard to get a simple yes or no answer I highly recommend staying away from this location.
