  Staff at St Barnabas location always gives the best customer service. Dontrice Darden-Ryan took care of my needs from getting vehicle and returning. She gave outstanding support. All the staff at that location deserve a raise.

  Rented at temple hills location but was able to return at Waldorf location on leonardtown rd both locations was excellent.

  If I could have a piece of a star, I would! This store has a "F" rating. I had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. I made a reservation for a truck well in advance, only to receive a voicemail from someone named Michael the day before my rental informing me that the vehicle was not available and that I would need to choose something else. Had I been notified sooner, I could have made alternate arrangements. When I called the branch to see if they could help locate a similar vehicle at another location, I was told that I would need to contact other stores myself. When I requested to speak with a manager, I received inconsistent information from Polo Addison about who was in charge and couldn't get a clear answer regarding escalation. The most frustrating part of the experience was the lack of professionalism and customer service. Rather than working to find a solution, I felt as though my concerns were being dismissed. A reservation should mean that reasonable efforts are made to honor the customer's request or assist them in finding an alternative. After this experience, I contacted customer service and requested a follow-up from management. Unfortunately, the entire situation left me with little confidence in this location's ability to provide reliable service. I would not recommend this branch based on my experience and will likely use a different rental company or location in the future.

  Andre P. went above and beyond the whole rental car process from pick-up to drop-off. He was very detailed explaining everything during the rental agreement, during pick-up and after returning the rental car. Really good customer service during my visit.

  BEWARE!! I rented a car here April 2026. Approximately a week after the rental, l received a phone call and text stating that l put in an insurance claim. (I purchased insurance through them). I made NO DAMAGES to the car. The car they gave me had prior damages and smelled like smoke. When I called the enterprise on St.Barnabas the representative said “it’s not a big deal”!! Of course l was furious.. l did not purchase the insurance for ENTERPRISE to put in a claim to get the damages fixed under me! I had to go up there to request they take this of my records.. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM!
